A very cozy house with a swimming pool, comfortable for children. Close to restaurants and beaches. Accommodation essentials are present in the house. Fireplace, BBQ, large hall and clean bedrooms. I recommend it for a great time.

We had a lovely time staying at Armenak & Mida’s place. They had a very in depth welcome pack for us when we arrived which was very helpful. We encountered a couple of obstacles when first arriving but Armenak & Mida when very prompt with their response and offered a solution almost immediately. I would recommend this stay to anyone travelling with family or friends!

Situated right in the center of a beautiful village with lots of Tavernas, cafes and bars. Even a small grocery shop! Everyone is so friendly! Great location as you in the hills but also only 20 minutes from the beach. The cottage has all you need with the added bonus of a terrace where we ate our breakfast/coffee and watched the world go by! There is a restaurant just opposite and others within a few minutes walk. It is such a perfect location.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

What a great host. Bodil was very responsive to all our requests and was proactive in helping us make the best of our time in Pissouri. She really is a Super host. The house is comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The balcony has great views over the sea, and an electric awning which is easy to put up and down. It is around a 10 minute walk to the village square which has a good little supermarket (there is a bigger one a few minutes drive away) and good tavernas with nice food. We had the use of her ancient SUV - it runs really well and has four wheel drive, useful for some of the steep gravelly roads in the village. A pleasure all round.

As a group of 2 families this villa had bags of space and in particular we liked the outside seating of which there was plenty. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the villa was lovely and clean. There were decent shops within a short drive although we did walk one day but the area is very hilly which would be harder in the summer heat. The pool was good although still a bit chilly at this time of the year. The villa is conveniently located to explore Paphos, Coral Bay and more and a car is recommended.

One of the best air bnb's we've stayed in. Absolutely gorgeous setting, we loved it so much we extended our stay. Elizabeth was a very gracious host and the agents that managed the house were also very responsive and helpful. The house was immaculately clean including the linen and kitchen utensils. We had everything we needed for a great stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We stayed here last year and this year it was just as lovely! The place is easy to check in, very clean and felt right at home when we got there. Kiosk right next door with everything we needed, and near everything we wanted to do. Thank you Adrean for a great stay again

A lovely villa but just a little way away from coral bay. If you don’t have a car you’ll need be constantly be getting cabs but the villa was lovely and I don’t have a bad word to say about it. Air con throughout, lovely and modern. My wife got ready there for the wedding and she had no complaints. Even stood the test of an earthquake, so that’s always good. But all in all. A lovely villa, could easily stay there for an entire holiday, just need a car. Would recommend it to friends but maybe needs an ironing broad.

We spent 1 week in Manuel's great apartment 🙏🏻☺️ A breathtaking beautiful view, in a quiet location! 😍 Manuel's apartment was very cozy and comfortably furnished and corresponded to the pictures on Airbnb. We received a detailed instruction before our arrival and there are parking options next to the property or in the courtyard for the car. When checking in, everything was clean, the bed was freshly made, fresh towels and the apartment was equipped with really everything you need. We have rarely had such an equipped apartment. We lacked nothing 😊 If you have any questions, Manuel always responded to this within a very short time. Thank you for that and for the stay 🫶🏻

We spent a lovely week at Alinas place in Paphos. The apartment was in a lovely quiet complex yet right in the centre of Kato Paphos, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. They seem to have thought of everything to make our stay a success. Any question we had re restaurants, places to go etc was answered promptly. Check in and out was easy and cleverly done. We cannot recommend Alinas place highly enough. They could teach hosts how to run an Airbnb business.

We were a party of four adults and two teenage children. The villa is set in a spacious plot with the pool positioned behind the villa for extra privacy. The pool itself is excellent and was cleaned twice in the week we were there. The surrounds are also great with plenty of seating and sun beds, both in the sun and in the shade. The inside of the villa is well appointed although some of the furniture is tired, not unusual for a rental property. The bedrooms are excellent with plenty of storage. The villa is a stones throw from a range of excellent restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops. The main beach is less than five minutes drive or an estimated 15 to 20 minute walk away. Overall a tremendous family friendly villa.

Stayed at this villa for a week and loved everything about it. The hosts had thought of everything including shower gels in all the bathrooms, plenty of towels, chairs, sun loungers and even toys for the pool for the children. The villa was spacious, modern and beautiful. Loved the way it’s designed with walking out to the pool from the downstairs. Bedrooms all sleep 2 comfortably and each room has its own bathroom. The pool is great - the kids loved it - it’s not too deep and lights up at nighttime. Plenty of kitchen items - everything you could possibly need. Can’t fault a single thing and looking forward to re-booking. Thank you.

The apartment is as described. Very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, it was possible to cook meals. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (much needed). Small but comfortable bathroom, had some hygiene products available. Kristis was very attentive.

We had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days at the Kochini villa in Nea Dimmata – an absolutely comfortable house with amazing sea view, large balconies and spacious open spaces. The villa is well equipped: an excellently furnished kitchen, two separate bedrooms with air conditioning and a modern, stylish bathroom. The entire decor is welcoming, functional and designed with a lot of love for detail. We felt like at home from the first moment. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and proximity to the sea and beach – a perfect place to relax. The communication with Evridiki was warm, professional and straightforward at all times. I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

Beautiful villa -coastal path and viewing platform directly outside rear of property. Would advise to download the google map sent by host as it is useful Garden and pool lovely (cleaned and maintained every few days) We were at the villa for 10 days with two teenage daughters and spent most of our time relaxing and playing in pool. Good sunbeds and shading available. Views from the balcony upstairs were stunning and we sat there with glass of wine watching sunset. No issues with cleanliness or bugs. There is a large basement with good laundry facilities and a third shower room if required. Air conditioning worked well and was essential with the temp being over 30 degrees. Electricity worked out at €15 per day with 3 air con units operating most of the time. Plenty of towels; good cooking facilities; large fridge freezer. 3 minute drive to coral beach. The shops/resteraunts are 5 minutes walk (slight uphill) Phillipos supermarket 5 minute drive and is large/well stocked

Christos was an awesome host who met us and explained how to use his beautiful home. Directions on Google maps did not give correct information to get to his home, however Christos was there to flag us down! He also directed us to all the great places to explore and dine at. Most in walking distance. The house itself was very comfortable and spacious. We had 3 adults, however 3 more could stay and still have plenty of room.

Pure bliss overlooking the coastline & a quick drive down to Coral Bay! We booked a stay in Casa Authentica Cypria while viewing flats for sale in Peyeia & very glad we did! Demetris popped in to greet us & told us bits of local history. Generous welcome pack was lovely, very hospitable & genuine folk- He's part Canadian, so no communication issues like elsewhere. Been in various properties around Cyprus, but this one felt like we were actually in true Cyprus, not just anywhere in the Med. I doubt you can get more of a Cyprus feel than this! Cool Cypriot artwork, lots of kitchen items & a gas BBQ we didn't have time to use. Olive trees & Med foliage: an ambiance you usually get in deep rural parts of Cyprus, but this house is very central. Wifi, local TV, bed, hot water all very good. Found nearby small supermarket, kebab shops & Arabica Cafe. Can't really think of anything we didn't love, only wish we stayed longer. I recommend a stay in Casa Cypria wholeheartedly! You'll love it!
