We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

We had a great experience. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful. George is a very helpful and friendly host! Looking forward to returning one day.

It was a pleasure staying at this Villa, with a beautiful clean pool, and garden, it made for a lovely, fun, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! A special thanks to the hosts for providing us with everything we asked of them.

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

We’ve just returned from our 2nd year at Villa Morfo. As last year, everything was perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. It was lovely to relax in the outdoor area, and the pool was great to cool off in. Evenings spent on the verandah, watching the spectacular sunsets were a perfect end to the day.Aris is an exceptional host, always there when needed, but never intrusive. The object of the holiday, was peace, seclusion and relaxation, Morfo is all of these things and more, so we’ve booked to come back next year. Thankyou so much Aris.

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

Kallia is an amazing host! She shared plenty of information beforehand so we had very few questions once we arrived. Her home is incredible and we particularly loved the views and how private and quiet the area was. My wife and I are already looking at another trip here!

The property is situated in a central location in Paphos. It is a 20 minute drive to either Paphos or Latchi. The village itself is a nice old village with excellent restaurants nearby. The property was tidy and clean, there is a tight spiral staircase to access the second floor but there is also an alternative staircase accessed from the outside. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Kathikas or Paphos.

Situated right in the center of a beautiful village with lots of Tavernas, cafes and bars. Even a small grocery shop! Everyone is so friendly! Great location as you in the hills but also only 20 minutes from the beach. The cottage has all you need with the added bonus of a terrace where we ate our breakfast/coffee and watched the world go by! There is a restaurant just opposite and others within a few minutes walk. It is such a perfect location.

The house is truly a gem, located directly at the beach and very private. You'll find everything you need and more, the house is fully equipped, and there's nothing better after a beach day than falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Carrie is a wonderful host who makes you feel at home instantly. We found snacks, wine and a little something to eat in the fridge when we arrived at night. Pomos is a very calm little village but offers everything you need, a little supermarket, taverns, a fish restaurant and a Kafenion. Clearly recommended ! One small negative point was a recent building site right next to the beach house that spoiled the view a bit, but it's probably finished in a couple of weeks. We hope to be back soon!

The most beautiful stay in Cyprus, amazing house, great kitchen and an awesome pool! We loved our stay here and recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view!

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

Everything was Ok. The owner was ready to help at any time and he gave us clear instructions and fast answers whenever we needed it during our stay. Besides, the place is very bright and comfortable and the area really interesting and beautiful with many nice activities to enjoy.

This place is a little slice of heaven. Great location, beautiful inside and out. Super helpful friendly hosts. Had everything we needed and more. Handy for the beach and harbour bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a perfect base for the Akamas region and Paphos airport. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Also we LOVED the artworks around the apartment, great choices by real artists, it added to the vibe and enhanced our stay.

We enjoyed our time at this place. The interior is partly a bit outdated in the kitchen and bathrooms but we spend most of the time outside anyways. Great view and the pool was good fun especially for the kids. There was a construction side visible from the pool area, so there's also some noise. But nothing the landlord can do about it

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, stylish, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with a beautyful view – perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Maria was a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. The location is peaceful yet close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. We especially loved the BBQ area near the pool, fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is large and beautifully lit at night, with a stunning view of the city. The tennis court, billiards table, and gym added a nice variety to our stay. The house itself has everything for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 10 out of 10 — we will definitely be back! 📍Philippos supermarket is just 5 minutes away by car, the beach is also a 5-minute drive, and restaurants and cafes are within 5–10 minutes as well.

We enjoyed the space very much. The views are breathtaking, and even in November, being outdoors during the day was enjoyable. The morning started with breakfast on the balcony, and we enjoyed the morning sun and the fantastic views. The house is quite spacious, and the facilities are all you need for a relaxing vacation in the Cyprus mountainside. We had some issues upon arrival (the house was freezing, and wifi was not working). Still, Elena was quite proactive in solving the problems. She provided us with an extra heater (the house has AC in the bedrooms but not in the living room/ kitchen area), ensuring cosy evenings (it gets really cold after sunset in November). The location was good for our purpose and allowed us to explore Cyrpus without problem, going to the beach, natural parks or trails. If you stay in this region, you will need a car, but road access to Pafos is quite good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Absolutely loved our stay at Abigail’s place. The villa was spotless with the most beautiful garden and surroundings. Everything we needed was provided and felt like we were right at home. The use of the car was really appreciated as it is in a more secluded location but close to Coral Bay ave and 20-25 minutes from Paphos. The pool cleaners came regularly. Abigail has thought of everything, the dumbbells and yoga mat were a particular favorite of mine. I would definitely recommend the place and Abigail as a host, she was very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you so much! 🏡

Very pleased, villa inreal life is as good as the pictures. On a quiet complex with about 15 other villas high up in the hills near Polis. Only 6 of the villas were occupied when we stayed, so even more quiet, you will need a car as it's a bit out of the way for taxis. Takes about 15 minutes to drive down to Polis / Latchi from the villa with stunning vistas across to hills. Plenty of shops / restaurants and beaches to choose from in Polis / Latchi. A bit further afield is Pahpos with even more options. A couple of things I would highlight, need some lamps in the living area, and a dust pan and brush would be helpful. The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but everyone is different. Other than that, it was a perfect relaxing break and wouldn't hesitate booking again. we had a great 7 day stay. very large living room and diner, comfy bed, good size bathroom, large kitchen with everything you would need.Nice sized shared swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas bbq and pizza oven area too Ideal base for exploring by car, also a local bus service, lots of bars and restaurants in the village and enroute to coral Bay, pafos only 30 mins away.

We had a weeks stay at Villa Maria as 2 families of 4. The villa is superb and a wonderful home from home. The location is great with beautiful views (wake up for the sun rise) and just moments walk from several great restaurants and bars as well as a small play park and shop. Easy to drive to and explore from, perfect family stay and responsive and helpful host. We would really recommend staying.
