The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

Excellent place for not very long stays. walkable distance to old city and port. Marjan park nearby is a gem. Fully equipped kitchen. New appliances. I would recommend.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Den Aufenthalt bei Adele empfanden wir als sehr angenehm und wir wurden super aufgenommen. Sie hat jederzeit auf Fragen reagiert und hatte immer eine Antwort parat. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet in einer tollen Lage. Außerdem war alles super sauber. Jederzeit einen erneuten Besuch wert :)

Excellent apartment right next to split city center. The place has a cute little balcony and everything we needed. Very cozy and homey feeling, and the host gave us some very good food recommendations.

Joško est toujours disponible pour nous aider et pro actif avec de super conseils pour sortir en ville et trouver de bons restaurants. Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Toni – zuerst im Penthouse mit Whirlpool, dann eine Etage tiefer in der größeren Wohnung. Beide Unterkünfte waren sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig, die Aussicht top. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, Toni hat uns freundlich empfangen, Hilfe beim Gepäck angeboten und das Haus ausführlich gezeigt. Die Sauna, der Whirlpool und der Gemeinschaftspool waren super – überall konnte man ungestört entspannen. Der Parkplatz war gut erreichbar, und dank des privaten Wegs über Tonis Grundstück war man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Ohne diesen Weg hätte man deutlich länger gebraucht. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. In Tonis Airbnb fühlt man sich wie zu Hause – es ist an alles gedacht, und Toni sorgt dafür, dass es seinen Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Slavimir. L'appartement était super bien équipé, les lits confortables et tout était propre. L'attention des boissons fraîches étaient les bienvenus. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Ivan was incredibly proactive in his communication, ensuring we found the place easily and settled in comfortably. He went above and beyond by greeting us with a delicious meal upon arrival and surprising us with crepes on a rainy day. Their thoughtful gestures made our visit truly unforgettable.

We had a fantastic stay in Croatia. As many people have commented, the house is better than the photos give it credit for. It is modern and clean. The pool is fantastic. The house is a short walk from the beach and restaurants and is about 20 minutes from Split. Ante arranged pick up from the airport and numerous trips around the area. The house is highly recommended for a large group.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Personen, die in Tanjas Haus untergebracht war. Tanja gab uns von Anfang an Tipps für die Umgebung, zeigte uns alles und stand stets zur Verfügung, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Sie antwortete schnell und präzise. Das Haus hatte eine tolle Lage und auch war alles vorhanden, wie angegeben. Der Pool war sauber und auch die drei Apartments waren sehr gepflegt. Wir liegen nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand und zu einer Beach Bar in der Nähe. Insgesamt sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

Mia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und wir durften sogar vor der Zeit in die Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Wohnung selbst sehr schön gestaltet. Ein Vorteil, der gerade in den Sommermonaten wichtig ist: Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl, da es sich um einen altes Steinhaus handelt. Uns hat es Anfang Juni super gefallen.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Ivankin apartman bih preporučila svima. Izgleda točno kao u oglasu i jako je prostran , čist i lijepo opremljen. Nalazi se na pola puta između aerodroma i Splita, na odlicnoj lokaciji. Ivanka je jako ugodna domaćica i osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Ispred kuće ima mjesta za parking, ali mi smo koristili javni prijevoz, pa mi se svidjelo i što je autobusna stanica blizu. Vratili bismo se opet.

Wszystko było bardzo czyste . Lokalizacja świetna . Do morza i do sklepów bardzo blisko . Świetne miejsce wypadowe do Trogir , Split oraz na wyspę Čiovo. Ciężko zaparkować bo uliczki bardzo ciasne ale do 100-200 metrów od domu zawsze się coś znalazło . Pani Dajana która jest tam gospodarzem jest przesympatyczna i pomocno . Polecam !

Marcel’s place was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy some quiet time, just what we were looking for. Kastel Novi was a perfect Location between Split and Trogir. Marcel and Stephanie are the perfect host…quick to respond and not in your face. We will definitely recommend to our friends.
