Beachfront holiday rentals in Kaštel Gomilica

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

Excellent place for not very long stays. walkable distance to old city and port. Marjan park nearby is a gem. Fully equipped kitchen. New appliances. I would recommend.

We loved staying at this place. It was easy to walk everywhere, the bed was comfy, the courtyard was so great, and the Host’s recommendations were terrific. We highly recommend it!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Adele was a lovely genuine host. The accommodation was very well equipped. Sea right outside the door...many restaurants nearby ranging from Mala Mora to Fast food ...which we had the most amazing burger ! Parking was an absolute bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you Adele.

Excellent apartment right next to split city center. The place has a cute little balcony and everything we needed. Very cozy and homey feeling, and the host gave us some very good food recommendations.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

We had a fantastic week staying in the Penthouse! The views are incredible. The apartment was beautiful and is immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Toni was a fantastic host, very welcoming and even let us check in early. He was very responsive if you had any queries. Thanks Toni for a great week!

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

House Miriam is a new property so everything in it was nice and new. Great for a family with young children as long as they can swim. Basement bbq, table tennis table, pool table is the upstairs apartment is booked as well. Location is away from Split and this was a blessing as we were caught in heavy traffic going into and driving around Split. Wi fi is weak and advised owner to boost its strength. Owner lives next door, that was convenient for check in. Overall a great place to stay if your places to visit are Split, Trogir and the KRKA National Park. Thank you Damir and Ivan.

We had a fantastic stay in Croatia. As many people have commented, the house is better than the photos give it credit for. It is modern and clean. The pool is fantastic. The house is a short walk from the beach and restaurants and is about 20 minutes from Split. Ante arranged pick up from the airport and numerous trips around the area. The house is highly recommended for a large group.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Ivan was incredibly proactive in his communication, ensuring we found the place easily and settled in comfortably. He went above and beyond by greeting us with a delicious meal upon arrival and surprising us with crepes on a rainy day. Their thoughtful gestures made our visit truly unforgettable.

We spent only a short night in Monika's accommodation but without regret, everything was impeccable, the cleanliness extremely caught my attention. A big thank you to her for letting us leave at noon because we arrived very late at night. I'll probably come back. Thanks again.

Very clean accommodation and as described. Super nice decor, garden and terrace. Halfway between Trogir and Split. The bus stop is next door, which is very convenient. The village is quiet and relaxing. Tranquility is the word that characterizes it. Everything is close by. Thank you for everything, Frankica.

Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

Amazing stay at Josko and Olesya‘s place. Super friendly and communicative, stunning location right on clear and clean water, you can jump right into the water from in front of the house. We chose to Uber back and forth to split (approximately 20-25 minutes for around 16-23€ per ride), but I believe the bus station is also around the corner. Cute bakery and some bars around the corner with views on the water as well as a nice restaurant on the water is a 4 minute walk away. There is also a little convenience store right next to the hosue with pretty much everything you need! We had an amazing time there! Thank you for having us! Till next time!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone .. It was the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed , all the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms are very clean and neat . Vinco and his family were very friendly and helpfull . house location, view and comfort were really enjoying.

Blanka's house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The café, the playground and the sea on the doorstep is great for the small family. We spent three nights there on our trip to Hvar and used the proximity to Split for excursions. It is highly recommended.
