A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Hi guys, Liten, fin lägenhet (25 nm) i en fräscht och mysigt området 18 minuter från stadens centrum. Det är ett femvåningshus byggt i 2022. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen. Busshållplatsen ligger mittemot byggnaden, och på 5-6 minuter kan du nå tunnelbanelinjen. På bottenvåningen i byggnaden finns ett kafé och frukostrestaurang, perfekt för att starta dagen på bästa sätt. Säng: 160x200 cm En stormarknad ligger bara 50 meter från lägenheten. A well-designed 27 sqm apartment featuring a main room with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for three. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and storage shelves. Guests have full access to the apartment, including free WiFi, bedding, towels, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, coffee, and tea. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is ongoing construction in the area, but the work is scheduled for regular work hours on weekdays.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
