Waterfront holiday rentals in Karpathos

Beautiful stay almost at the port / bay of Finiki ! Well appointed apartment with all facilities including washing machine. From terrace view of restaurants and the beach. Very friendly and supportive family hosts !

we had a wonderful stay at the property. Maria made our stay exceptional with her availability any time we needed something, she responded. The property offers plenty of space inside, was very clean and welcoming. It has large windows in every room for natural light and of course a prime location for the sunset! Mary and Manoulis were wonderful hosts. Super friendly and we felt at home right away. Her place is next to Anemos bar and restaurant as well as within short distance from the beach , from Meltemi’s windsurf centers as well’s as Ion’s. Highly reccommend it

Great location, sea view, balcony, great host who is very helpful! There was no rental car all over the island and Sophia arranged a car for us at an affordable price and we are very grateful to her for any help

The location is beautiful, quiet and directly on the sea. Very clean, very pleasant swimming pool. Elena is always kind and helpful, she let us use the pool after checking out on the day of departure and it was pleasant to chat with her. We had some wonderful days!

We really enjoyed our two-week vacation at the Palmstudio. It was the best accommodation for us because we could go to the beach at any time we wanted to go kitesurfing. the view of the spot from the studio is priceless. the studio with the spacious terrace was very nice and a great place to rest and relax. we felt so comfortable and were welcomed in the late evening by the hosts. Anyway, we were definitely satisfied with the support and found the hosts to be very friendly and welcoming. Thanks a lot for this. if we ever come to karapthos, we’d love to stay at the palm studio again.

We absolutely loved Ship 2 and our stay was a pleasant experience! We had three good restaurants within a step or two. Everything worked out great and we would like to return someday. We went on a 7 km scenic hike nearby which was a nice break from the beach. Anna was quick to respond when we had questions and the cleaning lady was both nice and did a great job. In the morning, we just opened our door and stayed in bed for a while and just looked at the ocean from bed. A great stay!

What a magical place! Both Karpathos and Das Kuehn! We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay during our vacation or a more lovely host. May was so gracious and accommodating, she answered all our questions, assisted with luggage, had items for breakfast, and lent us a cord for charging, she could not have been nicer. Truly above and beyond service. The house itself is fantastic with remarkable views of the sea, an infinity pool, all of the appliances one would need (including a dishwasher and washing machine), comfortable beds, and if you are traveling with others a privacy bedroom. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us, we hope to return down the road, until then enjoy the island magic you have found.

The property is incredibly beautiful on Fokia beach and even has access to a small private beach with incredible water quality accessible via steps. The nearest village with restaurants, supermarket and other beaches is almost within walking distance. We know Greece very intensely - this place has made it to our top 3 and will be remembered for a long time. We had a small technical issue but it can just happen - but Alekos & Alexia did their best to resolve this despite the weekend. All in all highly recommended - we'll come back!

Wonderful place!! You will have to climb a lot of stairs getting back from town but we loved having that little workout after those tasty Greek meals! Everything was perfect, I recommend this place without hesitation! Outstanding views all around!

The house is very nicely located just 40 meters from a very nice beach. We particularly liked the large terrace overlooking the sea. Several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess. If you have any questions, we were always able to reach you by message and she responded quickly. We also had the problem with the water supply described in an earlier review. After a Watsspp to the host, the issue was immediately resolved and after an hour the water ran smoothly again🙂. Overall, we had a very nice holiday at this place on Karpathos. ☀️😎🏝️

Incredible. Beautiful. The most beautiful place and you sit on the veranda to look at the sea! Clean large kitchen and living room to relax. Great bakery with fresh muffins and bread below. Everyone must go to Lefkos and stay here in the best apartment!

Blue like the deep sea it overlooks, Irene's house enjoys a breathtaking location. Surrounded by vivid and rocky nature, the beautiful sunset view soothes the heart and spirit. A short distance from the pretty village of Finiki and with a lonely pebbled beach just below, we had a wonderful holiday in Karpathos. Irene was absolutely attentive and we cannot forget the warm welcome given to us by Heleni's father who showed us the house in detail and filled the fridge with food and water and everything needed for cooking. The interior is graceful with a large living area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a TV and air conditioning in every room which we never used anyway because the house is well ventilated. On the roof there is a beautiful terrace where you can admire the view of one of the many bays of this beautiful island. Thank you Irene for giving us so much peace and beauty.
