Holiday rentals with beach access in Karpathos

Nikos and Sofia met us upon arrival and made us feel welcome immediately. They even prepared a welcome basket for us with snacks and drinks in the fridge. The place was cleaned every few days, as well as towels and bedsheets changed (before cleaning Nikos texted us to make sure we were not at the apartment at that time). The place was very cozy and the location was perfect - peaceful, safe, very close to the beach and amazing tavernas. Every time we saw Nicos he greeted us with a big smile and made sure everything is ok. In fact, everyone at Finiki village was very friendly and welcoming. We are very grateful to Nikos and Sofia for such a lovely stay and could not recommend it more!

Sea noise for breakfast, ocean noise for dinner on the terrace with beach views k, what else could you ask for? We were delighted with the lovingly furnished, very clean and strategically superbly located apartment. A great starting point to explore this beautiful island by car or scooter. Everything nearby, shopping, tavernas, bars, pharmacy, even a hospital. In a few minutes by car then in the untouched nature and silence if you want. (Jaaaaaaaaa!:)) The beaches are breathtaking. The check-in was uncomplicated, Andreas always responded immediately and also put together a useful list for us to explore the island. All in all a clear recommendation. Thank you for the wonderful time in Karpathos!!

Beautifully located above the great beach of Kyra Panagia, the location is breathtaking! Beach within walking distance via a few steps. Large terrace, where you can enjoy the view and the sound of the sea in the evening! Very nice hosts, who were always easily accessible and very flexible with the arrival and departure times! Great starting point for exploring the entire island by rental car.

the apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay of Finiki overlooking the bay of Finiki. Perhaps the cutest village on the island with great restaurants. The owner and his whole family are very very hospitable and kind.

The location is beautiful, quiet and directly on the sea. Very clean, very pleasant swimming pool. Elena is always kind and helpful, she let us use the pool after checking out on the day of departure and it was pleasant to chat with her. We had some wonderful days!

We spent a wonderful three weeks at Seaside Studios. The place is situated near a beautiful sandy beach just down the lane, equipped with a seaside bar and rentable lounge chairs. The studio is perfectly clean and comfortable with a front and back patio. The front faces a beautiful garden full of fruits and flowers while the back faces a glorious view of the sea where the sunset views are unmatched. The town is an easy 10-15 minute walk and has everything one would need. Zaharoula, her husband George and her mother are the most kind, generous and attentive people who take care to make your stay a great island experience. They are on site each morning and afternoon and are easily available by phone. They are truly the best! We hope to return next year.

What a magical place! Both Karpathos and Das Kuehn! We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay during our vacation or a more lovely host. May was so gracious and accommodating, she answered all our questions, assisted with luggage, had items for breakfast, and lent us a cord for charging, she could not have been nicer. Truly above and beyond service. The house itself is fantastic with remarkable views of the sea, an infinity pool, all of the appliances one would need (including a dishwasher and washing machine), comfortable beds, and if you are traveling with others a privacy bedroom. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us, we hope to return down the road, until then enjoy the island magic you have found.

Incredible. Beautiful. The most beautiful place and you sit on the veranda to look at the sea! Clean large kitchen and living room to relax. Great bakery with fresh muffins and bread below. Everyone must go to Lefkos and stay here in the best apartment!

Venetia is a wonderful and genuine host. We felt welcome, she was helpful and came with fresh fruit from the garden and other treats! Very quiet and close to lovely beaches. Great to rent a car and go around the beautiful island. Magical views. We would be glad to come back!

We had a beautiful vacation in Karpathos for a week and main reason except for the amazing beaches is Ritas house as well as Ritas positive attitude during our stay. At first we were thinking to find accommodation in the main town (Pigadia) and then we found Aeri Villa on airbnb,but were thinking that it would be a long drive to the town center,yet we took the best decision ever:location was super peaceful next to Ritas olive grove and with a seaview.Appartment felt 100% like at home,recently renovated,fully equipped with brand new electric appliances plus three wonderful beaches at walking distance on windy days.Thank you Rita for your kindness and warm support during our stay.Will definitely recommend and try to return next year!

All communication was great. We arrived at night and had no problem finding the place. It is about a 15 minute walk to central part of boardwalk/town for restaurants and cafes etc. There is large hill on way back from town to accommodation in case you have mobility issues. The place has a beautiful deck facing the sea which we basically spent all our time. Great to have clothes drying rack and good washing machine with detergent. Bathrooms were both clean. Upstairs bathroom had a drain that overflowed if you run water to long. Hot water was plentiful, cold was filtered (a nice touch). Parking space was right out front. LInens and towels were fine. Host provided a bowl of fruit at arrival which was a nice touch. Also provided nice beach blankets which were great! The host was so very kind, helpful, funny and always interested in our day and gave us good tips. Her husband was pleasant too. There were three of us travelling and staying here was great. We recommend this place wholeheartedl

Beautiful cozy apartment with an amazing view over Finiki Beach! Finiki is probably one of the most „greek“ and authentic places i‘ve ever been to! Just enjoy the atmosphere and relax. The host was very friendly and everything matched the description. You can easily park your car and reach the beach and the lovely restaurants by foot! We will definitely come back next year!

There are beautiful tavernas in the area and the shop only a free minutes to walk has everything you need. The house offers everything you need and perfect to relax.

We had a great stay, relaxing, quiet. The house is very comfortable with everything you need. The frontline view of sunsets is a privilege. First city very close. Sonia was always there to give us all the information we needed for the proper functioning of the house, and good advice for beaches and restaurants... and for cat lovers, we had the company of one, it seems accustomed , little cat with her three adorable babies!!!

Highly recommended one step away from the center of Pigadiglia where you can find everything you need. cafes, restaurants and souvenirs Tha place is clean and you can enjoy a nice sunset righ on the Pgadiglia bay from you private balcony The hosts are super welcoming . Well done

The apartment was exactly like the photos and the swimming pool, even better than the photos. Marina responded very quickly and was extremely helpful and kind. The place is a few minutes' walk from all the action but incredibly quiet at night. Overall, I highly recommend it!!!

We stayed at the beautiful Finiki for 15 days. The house is beautiful with a balcony overlooking the sea, equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and wifi (which works very well on the terrace). For everything else, Vasileia was a wonderful host and always available. We highly recommend visiting you and eating in the restaurant downstairs, managed by you, with the best fish we found on the island! The house is clean and in a great location to enjoy Karpathos!

Maria was very accommodating and helpful. There was plenty of space everywhere and all the essentials were there. Communication and location were also very good.

Marina’s place is wonderful. Beautiful little apartment, perfect for one or two people. Marina has excellent communication and let’s you set whether or not you would prefer more or less of it (or none at all)! She and her husband were very attentive to a small issue with the shower which was resolved literally within minutes, and they even made a Greek specialty with Karpathian honey on one of my days there - what a nice treat! My only caveat is that the pool in the photos is not actually included in this condo, and I was a bit surprised to find this out when I arrived as this is the reason I booked it. Nonetheless, Marina spoke to the person in the other unit (they share the balcony space), and they were happy to share the pool. While everything else was great, this meant what I thought was a pool just for myself was actually a shared space with someone else. Everything else was wonderful and I would still stay here again! It’s close to the city center without being so close as to be noisy at night, though there are a lot of stairs as Karpathos is a very vertical island! Thanks Marina!

We were there only for one night but we could imagine us there for much longer this place is amazing it has everything what you need and the view is awesome. Looking forward to this apartment when we come back to Karphatos :)

Daniel's apartment was perfect for our 8 day stay. We originally were booked for 6 days, but decided to extend our stay another two! The location was great- within two blocks of the main restaurant strip, but tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful sunsets on the balcony. We liked the layout of the apartment so much we took notes to bring back to New York. Daniel (and Denisa) are great hosts, and responded quickly with any answers to our questions. It was really the ideal stay, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We recommend this stay to everyone who intends to visit Karpathos.
