Lake house holiday rentals in Karlsruhe

Stefanie and her husband were very friendly and sociable. The surroundings are quiet and secluded. The place is very close to nature. The floors, gardens and the spiral staircase are unsecured for toddlers but with the railings are well doable for slightly older children.

The place is amazing. The garden so lovely. Although there was no kitchen we could use the grill and Electric Fire, use the fridge and cook outside for 3 days. I learned to cook fresh fish on the grill they recommended. We had lots of questions but nothing was too much. They are an amazing couple who loves to help you with everything you need. We used the kayak and bikes, I recommend! The room is perfect, you have a lot of privacy.

We felt very comfortable. The description was super good, even upon arrival at night. Check-in was flexible and independently feasible. The house looked exactly as described, clean, well equipped. Hot water, dishwasher, washing machine was available. The kitchen equipment was top, there was nothing missing. Orly was always easily accessible friendly and helpful. We recommend the house and so is the hostess. The location is quiet outside the train line behind the house. The river is nearby. We will be happy to come back to relax. Highly recommend! The place was perfect and cozy for my stay with my daughter - the house is decorated with great taste and had all the necessary amenities. Also, Laurence was an amazing host, not to mention her pets who made the stay even more welcoming and amazing.

Deliciously simple cottage but with complete furnishings. Beautiful view of the village. Nice bed, hard but that's what you're used to and good warm shower. We enjoyed a week. Within a radius of 20 kilometres, you can easily enjoy a week, cute villages (Lembach too), overwhelming nature and a historic Walhalla! We think this region and the cottage are a must go if you love peace, nature, hiking/cycling and history.

A small house in the beautiful area of Seewald-Erzgrube. You should be on foot to cope with the climb of the stairs, but once this is done, you can expect to relax in a fully equipped house. We would always return to Haus Löwe, especially with such nice and caring hosts!

A dream - great accommodation, private and quiet. I felt great right at home. Very cozy accommodation and a great garden. You are really on your own and can start extensive hikes directly from the front door without using the car. Communication with Hans was always quick and straightforward. I will be happy to come back.

Ana Maria is very welcoming, smiling and attentive to her guests. Don't change anything, everything is perfect.

All round, a successful stay. I rented the apartment for a longer period. The place was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Privacy is provided by a separate entrance. Parking in front of the house is not a problem. The contact with the landlord was always uncomplicated, friendly and accommodating. Gladly come back.

We had a very nice week in a well maintained and clean cottage. The landlord gave us a little instruction and tips for the surrounding area. Everything is actually as described. Everything has been thought of... even detergent, garbage bags, dishwashing tablets, etc., I was able to take away. It was all there. The townhouse is lovingly and relatively highly furnished. The property is very well maintained. Under the week it is nice and quiet, on weekends there are many residents and guests on the lake. It is very noisy and sometimes a bit noisy. Overall, it was pure relaxation... quiet breakfast at the lake, bathing in the afternoon in the afternoon in the water of about 25 degrees and great sunsets in the evening. We did smaller bike rides. It is pleasantly flat around. You are in 20 min. by bike in Schwetzigen at the castle park or even in just 10 min. on the Rhine island times look at ships. We were happy to eat at Johanneshof, organic everything very tasty and fresh.... no 10 min. by bike. It was a great week... maybe we'll see you again... THANK YOU :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at this house. It’s charming, cozy, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped – we felt completely comfortable from the very beginning. The location is ideal: quiet, in a lovely neighborhood, with a nearby river that invites for relaxing walks. The neighbors were very friendly, and everything was within walking distance. The connection to the city is excellent – Strasbourg’s city center can be reached by tram in just 15 minutes. It genuinely felt like home – thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

This the best equipped Airbnb we ever stayed at. The amenities are indescribable, even the bbq was fully prepared and we just had to light it. Bed is comfortable, tv is bigger than at home, kitchen appliances are extremely complete. We loved the house, because yes, it’s a house, and that might not be 100% clear on the pictures. We lived even more the friendliness and cuteness of host Romy. She wrote a handwritten letter with translated local recommendations into our native language! It was a very warm goodbye too and because my wife was doing an Iron Man the day after, she gave her a gift to wish her best luck. I loved the surroundings because there are endless opportunities to hike and cycle. Definitely fully recommended!

Dear host and cute place. Bus station right around the corner, as well as supermarket. The house is old and also has its signs of wear and the drain in the shower does not work well, but not a thing that cannot be repaired.

For our short family break (2 adults, 2 adult children and two cocker spaniels) this was the place to be: lots of walks, peaceful and lovely.
