Holiday rentals with beach access in Karlovac

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this paradise🥰. The apartment is in top condition and tastefully decorated as well as a nice balcony with a nice view of the sea(we saw dolphins one evening) Located in a good area with proximity to the sea/swimming, city center, shops and restaurants. Goran was very helpful when we had problems on the trip down. This didn't have to do with the listing but he helped us with it anyway. This just shows his great commitment to our stay being as good as possible. A big thank you for a great week and see you again.

The views from the deck of this apartment were amazing! The apartment is very clean and well decorated and easy to get to from town. Senia met us and helped us park the car which was much appreciated! Her local restaurant recommendation was a hit, make sure you check the place out. The food was amazing! Sad we only got to spend one night at this place, I would go back in a heart beat!

Marija is a very nice host. She gave us good instruction to find her apartment & she was very flexible when we arrived earlier. She is very nice & friendly. The apartment is situated very near the sea. There is a beautiful view from the living room & the bedroom. Our favourite place was the big terrace where we spent most of our time if we were not wandering around the beautiful area.

The apartment is functionally furnished, tidy and clean. The immediate neighborhood is quiet. We were able to enjoy the beautiful Lake Jarun and the recommended, inexpensive restaurant "Helena" on foot. We reached the center with the nearby tram in 30 minutes. Toni always kept us well informed and responded very quickly.

We highly recommend this place. Value for money is great and Damir & Igor are super nice hosts and were very accessible or have prepared everything great! You are just a few steps away from the beach and also have a super nice sea view from the balcony. The apartment offers enough space and there is everything you could need. We had a pleasant stay. Everything was as described. We didn't miss anything. Quiet environment, right on the water. Very quiet in the preseason.

We only spent 1 night in this beautiful apartment, but were very satisfied, tastefully furnished and very clean apartment, beautiful modern bathroom and very well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, nice little balcony overlooking the castle and very importantly, our little dog was welcome and the apartment has its own parking space. The old town with nice cafes and restaurants was just a short walk away. All in all a highly recommended place to stay!

We loved our stay here (family with two young 20-something kids). The house is spotless. We really enjoyed the garden area on the river. So peaceful in the rowboat. We grilled and ate riverside. A pleasure.

Great location, walking distance to the port and beach. Very attentive towards us and responded immediately. Beautiful view from the patio and watched the sunset every night. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic clean attractive place. Great location. We were very comfortable there. Ambar restaurant 10 mins walk away very tasty. Nearby Rastoke amazing to walk around. Not as spectacular as Plitvice but really worth spending a couple of hours there. Quite a history geologically and politically. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and communication was perfect.

We had a nice vacation, the room and kitchen are bright and spacious for three guests. Every room in the apartment is well equipped and super clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The room and the balcony have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands, we spent the mornings and evenings on the balcony - it was magical. The apartment is located in a quiet area, the beach can be accessed by stairs about 10 minutes walk. Parking on site. Great place to stay.

The place is fantastic, the apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is large, very well-stocked, even a dishwasher ! Two bathrooms are a big plus, plus a washer. Marija is a great host, we were greeted by a mountain of pancakes in the morning ❤️ Highly recommend !

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Wonderful place. The flat is beautifully decorated, creates an amazing atmosphere and is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A great plus is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the very comfortable beds. We are glad we chose this place for our honeymoon. Great contact with the owners who were always there to help us. Highly recommend and would love to come back! :)
