Great place! We just finished our week-long stay yesterday - the best recommendation is that we immediately book another week-long stay. A place worth sinning :)

It‘s a really nice house and we had a wonderful stay. We were 9 people and had enough space. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms one living room, kitchen and big terrace. See you again!

We were a group of friends of 14 people. Everyone noted the coziness and comfort of this magnificent house. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in the shared room. Separately, we want to note how interesting and tasteful interior decor is. It was very interesting for us to look at and discuss all sorts of interesting details . Also near the house there is a magnificent garden available to guests, where we enjoyed walking, playing and grilling . We could enjoy interacting with cute and affectionate cats and a dog in the garden. The hosts of the house are friendly and helpful. When we had any questions they were easily accessible, but completely their presence nearby in the house was completely unnoticeable. We are all perfectly satisfied with the weekend spent in this house. Thank You

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Yes, very nice surroundings! You are really in nature and she has a very sweet affectionate cat who comes to visit and would like to be touched! So if you like nature and cats this is definitely recommended! :)

I had a fantastic stay! The location was very easy to find, with free parking available. It’s conveniently close to the city, yet the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and offer great privacy. The apartment itself was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with a table and chairs under a marquee—perfect for relaxing. Marcin and Halina were wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. Very nice rustic apartment with everything you need. Minor check-in issues, but they were solved superbly.

The apartment is clean, well-equipped and its location ensures quick access to nearby attractions. We spent two weeks of unforgettable vacation, we highly recommend it.

What a great stay we had, I stayed due to having surgery at KCM so what a great distance not just from KCM but to everything else. Everyone was friendly & Krzysztof was recommending different places and was always just a message away if we had any issues. I will definitely be coming back here again

EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

We went on holidays to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all those housekeeping and shopping responsibilities that usually accompany the festive festivities. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely place to relax, great and hospitable people. Home-cooked food nearby.. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. "Chybotek" didn't give up to us, but it was an interesting experience. Thank you 😊

The place was very clean and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us with extra needs, which we really appreciated. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of storage, a comfortable couch, and a separate bedroom for a big plus. Easy check in, good instructions from host. The apartment is a great base for nearby attractions.

The apartment was tidy and contained everything that we needed for three nights stay with dogs. Magdalena was very friendly and gave good instructions. Even our dogs were taken into consideration with water and food bowl and a toy 😊

We stayed in a historic house, full of secrets, creaky doors, parking in front of the house provided a safe haven for our car. The hostess even gave us an extra blanket that we asked for.

The apartment was clean and very modern. We felt very comfortable very quickly. We were able to enjoy our week there very much. Thank you! Only very small criticism: You could at least have responded to our message or Even if the answer was “no,” it would be OK. Or if you said afterwards that you had overlooked the message, it would also be OK. However, no one likes to be ignored. Otherwise, I can absolutely recommend both the property and Monika as a host.

This is our second time staying here whilst visiting family and it was amazing as always. It’s in a central location where everything is walkable and has close links to buses. The apartment itself is so homely and makes you feel very welcome. Shay is very lovely and responsive and willing to help
