House holiday rentals in Karjat

Me and my friends stayed at Anisha's Airbnb for couple of days. Out of an amazing place to stay with friends or family, great spacious living room and bedrooms as well as great terrace and swimming pool makes the bnb worth the cost. Anisha was very responsive and helpful to my queries. And the caretaker Sagar made the stay very easy and peaceful.

Booked the place for a 4 day stay, we reached the place ahead of time and vaibhav was very accommodating of our need for early check in. The map to the place was a little confusing, but the caretaker omkar was prompt in coming and guiding us to the correct location. The house is very tidy and well maintained. Only issue we faced was with the shower and tap in the attached bathroom on the ground floor, it was taken care of by the next day which was understandable as spare parts were not available. Both vaibhav and omkar were available almost immediately whenever we needed help. Overall had a great experience

Caretaker Kaustubh was one of the best person I've ever met. Bro was absolutely amazing and helped us throughout. Thanks to Sidhhesh as well for maintaining the property really good.

its a nice totaly isolated in jungle where we can enjoy with friends without any disturbance. no horns no pollution total greenary and clean as well

The villa just matched the description and very stylish and beautiful. Villa Interior was spot on. Cleanliness spot on and amenities too. Best for bigger group and it feels too spacious for small family. Good food available. Also Easily accessible for zomato or Blinkit. Would definitely like to visit again.

beautiful place we really enjoyed....host was very responsive,kind and helpful. caretaker was also active and he helped us in whatever we needed. property was having a great pool table, beautiful paintings and beautiful view. I love to visit again and recommend to other people to.....🤩🥳

Our stay at Shahid’s place was a beautiful escape into nature. Surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful vibes, it was the perfect break we needed from the city rush. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures, cozy, clean, and ideal for couples looking to unwind. Shahid was very proactive and kept in touch throughout the booking and stay, which made everything smooth. Initially, the caretaker didn’t show up at the parking spot, which was a bit inconvenient since my girlfriend and I had a few heavy bags after a long journey from Dapoli. But once we met him, he turned out to be a really helpful and polite guy, took care of everything we needed, and was always just a call away. What stood out was how quiet and private the whole area felt. We had a great time here and would absolutely recommend it for anyone wanting to disconnect and enjoy nature. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Karans place is in a quiet neighbourhood. place is clean and well maintained. food was delivious and the care taker was very willing and eager to take care of us. the place is well appointed and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. i would definitely recommend the place for large groups / families to have a single place for everyone to hang out in. was very happy to have stayed there. Karan himself is very responsive on messages is gracious and also shows care for his guests. my experience was pleasant and satisfying. definitely recommended

Really loved the place and was worth the money spent. Everything was clean except for the couch in the hall. The bedrooms were comfortable enough. I expected a little more ambience with the lightings (most lights were not functional) but overall loved it. Me and my friends enjoyed every bit of the stay. The caretaker was responsive and was available a call away.

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

Nisha is very responsive and very helpful about every question or query. The place is a bit far from Karjat station so Nisha shared the numbers of autowalas to make the journey easy. Sharad, the caretaker, is also very proactive and always responsive whenever called upon. The room is exactly as it's shown in the photos. It is just so beautiful and cozy to stay in and the balcony has a good view. There is a restaurant in the vicinity that has decent food, and the surroundings are also beautiful. Overall we had a wonderful stay here. Will definitely visit again during monsoon season to enjoy the lush green mountain view.

It's one of the best stays in recent times. Host and care taker Mr. Ashok has maintained the this place very nicely. From Swimming pool to furniture everything is neay maintained and clean. The place has very positive vibe !!

The villa was very clean. Even the pool was well kept. The location was superb and very safe since villa is in a gated community which was important as we were on an all girls trip. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!

Hiaana Villa is exactly as shown in pictures. villa is very beautiful and well maintained. Caretaker Vijay is very kind and helpful when needed. There is swimming pool, Snooker table, Foosball Table, so you dont have to think about how to spend time. The only drawback is that the villa is far from main Lonavala Market and you will find Dhaba’s only for Food Options. Local shops are available however you wont find good food variety there.

It was my 2nd time stay at this beautiful chalet and it’s absolutely worth coming back. Best place for family stay. Highlight was step pool and home interior. Zuber the caretaker was just a call away and helped us in all way whether it’s Internet issue or food. Definitely would like to visit again.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb villa was truly wonderful! The 4-bedroom villa was meticulously clean, and the terrace was a fantastic bonus for enjoying the surroundings. The private location, nestled so close to nature, was incredibly peaceful – I can only imagine how much more beautiful it would be during the rainy season. The only suggestion we have for improvement would be to further develop the lawn surrounding the home for an even more inviting outdoor space. Overall, a highly recommended stay!

This Villa turned out to be pleasant place for weekend gate-together. Bedrooms are cozy. Living room provide enough place for hangout. Swimming pool is clean and worth taking a dive for relaxation. Staff is customer friendly and helpful.

Our stay here in Lonavala was nothing short of incredible! Without a doubt, it’s one of the best places to stay in Lonavala, perfectly suited for a group of 12-15 people. The accommodation was stunning thoughtfully designed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. What truly set this place apart was its breathtaking surroundings. Nestled amidst lush greenery and majestic mountains, the scenic beauty was simply mesmerizing, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether it was enjoying our morning tea with a view or unwinding in the serene ambiance, every moment spent here was delightful. A special mention goes to Ajeet Bhaiya, who was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality made our experience even more seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beautiful retreat in Lonavala, this is the place to be!

Pros: 1. Specifically, gurmeet, his service, prompt response and constant in touch with us to make sure we had a comfort stay. 2. The rooms were clean, well ventilated and washrooms were clean. 3. The beds were comfortable and bedding were clean too. Also the powerback was pretty good! 4. Kitchen was equipped with necessary cutlery. With a working fridge.. 5. Hall had comfortable sofas, tables and also the TV with OTT connection was such an add-on 6. The pool on terrace was clean and the caretaker helped us with instructions 7. The evening aura, the vicinity and the terrace view were really pretty Cons: Few things that we did communicate, regarding the lighting in kitchen, No A/C in hall room and aesthetic improvements in the space. The lock of one of the washroom was loose. The terrace with few better sittings. All the above cos, were well received by the villa owner and I appreciate him addressing it with kindness. Other than few suggestions, the overall stay was worth every money.
