Guest cottage in Hultsby, Rockneby

Welcome to rent our nice guesthouse with rural location and proximity to the sea outside of Kalmar. 20 minutes to Öland and central Kalmar and 10 minutes to Ikea. The cottage is located in the corner of our garden and is compact living of 15 sqm with four beds (2 bunk beds), kitchenette and toilet/shower. The accommodation does not include bed linen and towels but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. If you would like sheets and towels, please let us know before arrival. Guests clean after themselves. If desired, cleaning will be added 300 SEK.

Sea Glimpse

Take a break, unwind in our cozy guest room! Nature & the sea outside the door. 50 meters down we have our jetty where you can enjoy the morning coffee. Feel free to borrow the rowing boat to test the recognized fine fishing waters or borrow a bike to explore the local area. Hike along the Kalmarsund Trail and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivation landscapes. Sofa/daybed that pulls out to a double bed as well as a wide loft bed with a ladder. Bed for 3 but recommended for 2. Warm welcome!

Cottage at the ocean with own pier and boat+motor

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Modern cottage (2020) with panorama view over the archipelago and situated 10 m from the water. This retreat is suitable for family of 4 persons.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Newly renovated, rural – right by Ölands Alvar

Newly renovated length in charming township Kalkstad, less than 7 km from Färjestaden, and less than 2 mil from the bridge bracket. Rural location, right next to hiking trails and Alvaret. Open plan with living room, kitchen and dining table with space for eight. 1 bedroom with 180 cm double bed. Sleeping loft with mattresses is available, if more beds are needed. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Renovated charming farm house on Öland. The house is located on the east side of Öland in the village Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Close to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärbybadet not more than a few kilometres away and only 15km to the bridge bracket and less than thirty miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
