Wonderful location. Especially loved the balcony in the evening, sipping chilled wine and watching the buzzards soaring above us. We even got a fabulous sunset. Highly recommend as a base for exploring the Black Forest

Lothar was a very friendly and generous host. We really enjoyed our stay in Pfaffenweiler together with our friends and children. It is a very relaxing environment with wonderful surroundings. For wine enthusiasts: the local wine is absolutely worth trying.

The apartment is really fantastically beautiful and something completely different! Loved it. What can't be topped is the location. So central, everything within walking distance, many restaurants, cafés, bistros in the immediate vicinity and yet the apartment is very quiet. We had very hot days in Strasbourg (always over 30 degrees) and yet the apartment was pleasantly cool. The only thing I would complain about would be the holey bedding on the sofa bed and in the kitchen at least one large knife is missing. But that's whining to a high standard! Otherwise, everything is great and maybe we'll come again in the pre-Christmas season. 😊 Barbara is a very nice and accommodating host - she responds very quickly and since we were missing a towel, she brought it quickly! 👍 Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment was just beautiful, an apartment fully updated while keeping the charm and character of its history. Everything was just as stated and immaculately clean. We did not meet Sylviane but were provided detailed instructions on how to get into the building and the apartment. The apartment was across from a beautiful park and within easy walking distance of all of the things to do in Colmar, for which there was ample information in the apartment. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Colmar. Thank you for letting us share your apartment.

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

This large, immaculately clean, fully equipped, very nice and quiet apartment is recommended without restriction - one of our most beautiful Airbnb experiences. We were there for a week, three couples with five teenage children, and had plenty of space and a wonderful time. Marika and Jakob are very friendly, helpful, always approachable hosts who are noticeably concerned that their guests feel comfortable and who always have tips for things to do in the area. (We hiked, among other things, visited the open-air museum Vogtsbauernhof worth seeing and spent a day in Strasbourg.) The village is pretty and scenic. There is an organic shop open on two days a week; supermarkets and other shops can be found in the neighboring towns. We got along very well with it - even without a car! Also recommended: Jacob's additional offers. The singing bowl meditation with him was a deeply relaxing experience.

We were 8 people on site (6 adults + 2 children). The accommodation is exactly as described in the photos. We were informed in good time and questions were answered quickly. We enjoyed it very much. We'll be back.

Really impeccable accommodation! Everything in the best condition and also the kitchen was well stocked and left nothing to be desired. There were also toys for our 16-month-old son. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation! :)

Paul's apartment absolutely exceeded our expectations. It is located in a separate outbuilding of the farm, quiet and idyllic. We were able to park our car comfortably directly in the yard. The apartment is tastefully furnished and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with its complete equipment. The terrace with a view of the well-kept garden was particularly beautiful – a wonderful place to relax. A small garden gate leads directly to the river, which is ideal for a leisurely walk. Overall, a quiet, very relaxing place. A clear recommendation from us!

A beautiful house to discover the Alsace and/or visit the nearby Europa Park. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos suggest. A wonderful place!

We (family of 6) had a pleasant stay here. Spacious semi detached house with modern amenities located in a quiet and serene neighbourhood. Easy to park in front of the house (we travelled w/ 2 cars). Smooth check-in/check-out experience, and easy to communicate with the host. More than happy to book JeCo’s house again when travelling to the Kaiserstuhl region. 5 stars from us.

Christiane and her husband Patrick are golden people. They are very pleasant, kind and welcoming. It's as if we were their family with a lot of small touches such as putting fruit juice for the children and water in the refrigerator because it was very hot when we arrived and they offered us cakes that were too good. Frankly, we highly recommend them and we will return with great pleasure.

We spent 3 nights in Chantal's wonderful accommodation. The house is very spacious and offers everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there are a few nice touches. The bedrooms are comfortable and each have their own bathroom. There was only a lack of small things (shampoo/shower gel, oil in the kitchen, only one hair dryer for 3 bathrooms). The nearby church and a large grandfather clock with a quarter-hour melody are worth mentioning - this takes some getting used to. The positive highlight is the park-like garden with many seating and lounging options, which could also be used well on the (very) hot days. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed staying in Jean-Claude’s comfortable and quiet apartment so much we would love to return. We could easily walk into SELESTAT, returning to ‘Cafe Wach’ which was a great place to enjoy coffee and amazing cake. Lots of stunningly old and quaint towns are close by if you have a car. I have no hesitation recommending Jean-Claude’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We felt right at home in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything possible, there are many games and books - also a game of patience that we unfortunately could not solve 😅 In about 8 minutes at the bus stop, with the bus only running very sporadically on Sunday. On foot, however, you can also reach Paula-Modersohn Square in about 15-20 minutes and from there take the light rail towards Freiburg. Would definitely come again!

Perfect, beautiful apartment, spacious and equipped. The jacuzzi was clean and could go up to 40 degrees. Large terrace with sofa. Comfortable bed and fully-equipped kitchen. Caring and responsive host, I recommend 100% ☺️

We have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs and Christine’s place is one of the very best. Christine herself is very responsive to any messages and super helpful. The apartment, apart from being extremely well presented and equipped, has so many thoughtful extras. Such as water, milk and beer in the fridge, maps and local information, toothbrush packs, earplugs (it’s not noisy) but so many little things had been thought of and provided. We loved it and got a great nights sleep before we set off on the next leg of our journey. If we come through Colmar again we will definitely stay in Christine’s place. Absolutely fantastic.

I thank Audrey for her incredible flexibility. She did everything to help me with the situation and she agreed that we could keep the accommodation a little later than the departure time that was scheduled as well as an arrival a little earlier. The accommodation was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed all the comforts of the accommodation as well as the garage for the car. We came for a wedding and took advantage of the proximity of the city center the next day. Thank you so much, it was a very nice weekend for all of us.

We spent a wonderful week staying with Maj Britt and Klaus at their beautiful winery and loved every moment of it. From start to finish, they were the perfect hosts — always helpful and welcoming without ever being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel at home. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the wine tasting and it was great to hear more about the winery! The accommodation was exactly what we were after: clean, tidy, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. Also it is a great location close to Freiburg and the Black Forest. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience — we’d love to visit again!

The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the balcony on beautiful spring mornings. The location was great and the old town was a short walk away. Do NOT use Apple maps to navigate to the apartment as it doesn’t navigate accurately – use Google maps instead. If using as a base , recommend drive to Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg Jeremie was a very helpful & friendly host.
