B&B Japanitch is a three-story building with three separate rooms, newly built in February 2020. There are two rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people and one room that can accommodate up to 2 people, each with a family-sized bath, washing machine, kitchen, fridge, TV, and free WiFi for peace of mind when bathing with children. Even for trips with multiple households and groups, you can secure a private space for each and have a relaxing stay. The owner lives on the 3rd floor, and there is also a free handmade breakfast service at the cafe on the 1st floor! From Umeda, it is 2 stops on the JR Loop Line, a 4-minute walk, and there are many convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants in front of the station. Starting from B&B Japanitch, you can access major tourist cities such as Kobe, Kyoto, Nara, and Wakayama on a day trip. Excellent access to USJ in 3 stops!　You can also reach Namba and Tennoji Temple without any transfers. The owner, who loves hospitality, will help you with your "living-like trip".

With gorgeous views of Lake Biwa east, forests and mountains nearby, we are surrounded by nature. Biwako Valley ski & scenic resort is nearby; Kyoto is just 35 minutes away by local train. Hiking trails are nearby, Lake Biwa 1 km away. Guests are welcome to interact with us, and our dogs, upstairs. If coming by train, inquire about us picking you up at Horai station before reserving. This is a residential neighborhood but we arrange rides down and up. Due to regulations, we can't serve dinner.
