This place was perfect fir what we needed... walking distance to everything we needed, very clean, modern, stylish. bedding was high quality too!

Everything was exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised plenty of spices, condiments, etc in the cupboard. Everything we could have ever needed was available for us. Great location for us to visit family and friends. Quiet, quaint neighborhood. Overall great experience.

Exceeded expectations, incredibly responsive hosts and the home is absolutely stunning. I rented the entire home for my wedding as it was extremely close to my wedding venue as well as my rehearsal/welcome dinner. I also got ready here the morning of my wedding for hair and makeup. So beautiful, peaceful and quiet, no worries about parking thanks to clear instructions and parking passes. The morning after our first night in the house my exact words to my family and now husband were “I could live here”. You never say that about a hotel now do you? ;) The only hiccup I ran into was the initial check in at the main door. It ended up being the code for one of the suites. I tried them all and it was the last one I entered of course. This was likely in the info somewhere but my wedding brain missed it. The total cost was a bit high for the short amount of time we stayed but it was also a holiday weekend and honestly the value and benefit of simplifying my wedding plans was worth it!

Right smack-dab in the middle of the West Dundee downtown. Great options for small things to do around it. Nice and clean, a whole river trail next door, and easy in and out. Great place to stay and will definitely be back.

My stay at the Kildahl House was perfect! It was quiet, peaceful, and private, but also a 1 minute walk from downtown restaurants and shopping, and taking a stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood was memorable. The hosts really think about what guests might need during their stay - extra blankets, etc, and I wasn’t wanting for anything. I’ve already recommended the place to some friends! Thanks for a great stay!

Such a comfortable, relaxing home. Lovely tv-viewing living room to catch the NBA Finals, amazing bike trail on the Fox River just a few blocks away, festive Farmer’s Market a short bike ride away. The house is so charming, beautiful and well-maintained.

I loved Cita's colorful and creative decor! The two bedroom felt spacious and was a great weekend retreat for my daughter and I. It was a last-minute reservation and I didn't really research the town, but Geneva was such a pleasant surprise! What a charming little town with great restaurants and shops! I want to go back and spend more time.

The apartment was nice and clean. It was an easy walking distance to all the activities for Swedish days.

Great location with lots of restaurants, bars, and stores right outside the front door. Very close to the river and local parks as well. The unit was clean and tidy. Julie was very responsive to any questions and left easy to follow instructions regarding check-in and checkout. Overall we were very happy with our stay! Our only minor issue was the lack of a sitting area/couch, but this didn't take away from the overall enjoyment we had during our stay!

Brook is an excellent communicator and wonderful AirBnB host. I needed a place for my mom and a friend to stay during a cancer surgery recovery that was near the doctor's office and had availability for 10 days. Brook was very accommodating and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying at Brook's AirBnB. The space was perfect, comfortable, and very nice. Great location, great pricing. I cannot thank Brook enough!!

I absolutely adore this incredible space. Iconic spiral staircase. The patio and rooftop make for great outdoor spaces to watch the sunset and rise. Very close to downtown. Everything is in walking distance. I believe this is my third stay here and I would absolutely return. Thank you for letting me stay.

The stay at Miguel's place was excellent. He communicates well, is attentive, and responds promptly. I would definitely rent from him again.

The stay here was more than remarkable. Staying in a more city like environment coming from a rural home and life was a bit daunting at first when looking to stay in this region. Charles and Tammy were extremely communicative with me at my request and extremely helpful in not just finding the unit and parking but also with guidance of services and the like in the region. They were flexible with our check in and out times and very timely in communication. The unit was amazing, comfortable, home-like, and also the building is historic and beatiful but also modernized just enough to appreciate the modern comforts we are all accustomed to. Finally, the other tenents in the building were extremely friendly and helpful but also respected our privacy. The neighborhood itself is also surprisingly quiet and tranquil despite the outward appearance of a city environment!

Laura's place was awesome. We felt right at home, and it was very convenient. The noise from the bar downstairs ended at a reasonable time and didn't bother us at all. Highly recommended!

This rental has a great location easily accessible/walkable to St. Charles restaurants and the Riverfront. Highly recommend. It was also an extremely well-equipped unit with newer furnishings & everything you may need from cookware and spices to extra toothbrushes. Host was easy to communicate with & quick to respond to questions. If you have mobility issues, be aware this is a second floor unit with steep steps.

I spent the weekend here and had a great experience, super easy to find and hosts were very friendly. Place was perfect size and exactly what I needed for a tournament weekend in Aurora. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room with two full bathrooms and two full kitchens. The patio was nice to eat at or sit outside. I do wish we had been given more towels initially and that there were extra blankets and sheets for the pull out already in the unit. The location was on the bottom floor so it was very challenging with all the noise of the people above us but overall we had a great time and would book again

I stayed at Andreton’s place for a weekend while visiting the Volo Auto Museum and Illinois Railway Museum with my parents and 2-year-old daughter. The home was charming, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully designed and furnished down to the smallest details. Everything we needed was provided, even toothbrushes with mini toothpaste. The space was spotless, the beds were firm but comfortable, and comfortable enough that my daughter slept through the night. Each room felt warm and inviting. 10/10. I would absolutely stay again.
