Excelente place to visit downtown Merida

Nice stay in a location that was easily walkable and easy to get an Uber if we needed to. The space was large and open and had everything we needed. Our hosts were responsive and answered all our questions quickly.

We loved our week stay in Jorge's house. It was perfectly comfortable for our two families of four... plenty of space/spaces to hang out, cook, swim, morning yoga, relax or escape by oneself for a quiet siesta when needed. The house is perfectly located just off the plaza Ermita. We enjoyed happy hour at the chic Barrio Vivo Hostel bar around the corner, on several occasions. We even enjoyed long evening walks to the neighboring Plazas of San Sebastian, San Juan, and the Plaza Principal. Rodgrigo and Jorge were very attentive when some minor maintenance items needed attending and had them remedied in no time. Thanks for everything. We'd love to come back some time!

Pictures don’t do this place justice, went during the hottest month and A/Cs cooled the rooms, pool was helpful and clean save for a few leaves but that’s inevitable. Kitchen is fully stocked even with a blender and coffee. Loved my stay here, would stay again!

Loved staying here! The place was exactly as described and in a great neighborhood, close to tons of great restaurants and easy to walk to the more touristy parts of Merida. Felt very private and peaceful. Mario was very responsive and easy to communicate. Would recommend and return!

The place looks EXACTLY like the pictures. It was an absolutely beautiful and incredible place to stay!!! The neighborhood is also very quiet, and we had no problem parking our rental car on the street out front. We were during a VERY hot week, and were exceptionally grateful for the pool and the air conditioning. The location is definitely walkable to the downtown restaurants and shops, but it is also very, very cheap to Uber within Centro. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and gave us some great recommendations! 10/10 would recommend, we'd love to stay here again!!!!

Very good place to stay, always clean

excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's attention was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here.

Eugenio and Andrés were excellent hosts, very kind and supported me in everything. The accommodation has good space and is very pleasant with the climate and the pool. It is ideal for those who travel and at the same time have to work because it has a kitchen and refrigerator that allows you to prepare your coffee. It's very close to downtown.

I’ll be back to stay again! I agree with other reviews that the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful and unique property. The nearby public stadium was fabulous for a morning/evening run and strength training - always active. The swimming pool is peaceful, the air conditioning quite cool, and the shower hot. The location was perfect for me as I like to be close to the action but not in the action. Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation, with an incredible rooftop with pool which is very appreciable. The accommodation is very well located with shopping centers right next door as well as restaurants, oxxo etc. José was a very friendly and responsive host. I would recommend it 100%

Luis's place exceeded our expectations! It was well decorated and comfortable with a beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Luis was friendly and helpful too.

The place is very nice, the decoration is very tasteful, it has all the necessary utensils, a safe area and private parking, Charito and the receptionist were always attentive to our needs. Thank you!!

Our stay with Mariana was very pleasant, the place is exactly as described in the ad, plus it is very well located near restaurants, shops, and easy access to the Va-y-Ven to get around the city.
