We had a fun and relaxing weekend in Atami with friends! The place was clean, cozy, and had a lovely view—perfect for catching up and unwinding. The host was friendly and responsive, which made our stay smooth. Just a heads-up: the house is located uphill, so getting there can be a bit of a climb, but once you’re in, it’s definitely worth it. Great vibes, peaceful surroundings, and close enough to enjoy Atami’s local seafood and attractions. Would recommend for a chill group getaway!

I was allowed to spend very comfortably.I stayed with my 8-month-old baby, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience.Also, the host was very helpful in answering questions.I would like to stay there again.

We booked this place for my son’s 4th birthday and we are glad we did. He loved the kids playroom! We recommend coming here by car. We rented a car and drove here. The hill coming up to the house is VERY steep! So I would imagine if you are carrying luggage it would be a struggle. There is 7/11 and family mart within driving distance near the house too, so it wasn’t a problem finding something to eat. House is clean, so relaxing just listening to the birds when you wake up. Plus, the private onsen after a long day was a treat. Check in was a breeze and host replied super fast to all our queries. We loved it here. If you’re still deciding, just book it already! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for hosting.

Yuki was a great host and made all of us (4 adults and 2 kids) feel so welcome. I already knew and loved the neighborhood as it was close to Mt. Takao, Ukai Toriyama, Puroland, Trick Museum, etc. There were many great supermarkets and restaurants near the Takao station. The cafe downstairs, Cafe Toumai, was nicely decorated with beautiful paintings by a local artist and fascinating objects brought back by Yuki from all of her travels around the world and served delicious curry dishes! My 4 year-old twin granddaughters enjoyed the Villa's garden and got to see actual fireflies along the nearby river/park. We had a great time and will be back again.. Thank you so much Yuki!!

Tsuyoshi-san's house was very well maintained and very clean both inside and out. It was a very peaceful place, and I was able to enjoy the picturesque scenery on the way to the station. It is also very accessible to Odawara, Gotemba, Hakone, and other places. I would love to come again during the Hydrangea Festival. Thank you for all your help!

It was a sudden reservation, but they were very kind to guide me before check-in, and I had a comfortable stay. The facility is clean. The bath was a cypress bath, a spacious, fragrant and comfortable bed. There was an electronic piano and the children had fun playing. The view from the veranda was also very good.

It is a very clean and spacious inn, and the view and facilities are impeccable. I was able to create wonderful memories!

Loved this place! We booked it for the private onsen and sauna, and it did not disappoint! Lots of space to spread out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had four people but you could easily have six adults comfortably. You have to go through one of the bedrooms to access the shower, sauna, and onsen bath, so you have to coordinate with your travel mates for that part. There is a separate toilet in the main house area too. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful wonderful host was amazing even met us on site to assist letting in also stocked Complete fridge for food and breakfast with later arrival we couldn't have asked for any more simple instructions on equipment. Also was kind enough to give us a personal tour but more importantly, the children were so hungry we did arrive very late, fridge and freezer fully stocked up with bread cereal eggs all fresh products including fruit absolutely an amazing coast kept us inform of the weather and gave good indication when we would be able to see the most luxurious home more stocked up than most hotels with Bathroom down to the smallest things of a hair bobbles for when you're using the sauna Plenty of towels would have been able to ask for a better stay only issue we wish we stayed longer thank you so much for all that you did for myself and children. It was very very very much appreciated. Will look forward to coming back next year. Take care

The location is awesome with a Lawson about 2 doors down and many good restaurants around. But, the kitchen is well appointed and we were able to cook for our group of 10 adults, 2 young children and an infant with ease. They even had some basic stuff already available (soy sauce, oil, etc). There were a lot of games for the kids, and there were even bikes. The beautiful and very clean beach was about a 6 minute walk away, but the water was still a little too cold for us during our visit, although there were some surfers enjoying the water. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked well. We had a couple of cool nights and we tried opening the windows but it was a little too noisy as the unit is right on the main street. The 2 showers had great water pressure and both toilets had bidets. It was truly a GREAT place to have for our multi-nation family to get together and spend some time in a place that was new to all of us. The home did feel like HOME. We'l be back

If you have the opportunity to rent this house, do it! Amazing location, spacious accommodations, and wonderful host.

When the stove could not be used, it was helpful that they responded quickly. The room was also spacious, with BBQs, karaoke, and beer, which was great.

This is a beautiful home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. There are amazing food and coffee options nearby. The house itself is beautiful and cozy - you really feel like you're home after a day of visiting shrines or exploring the city. It's so close to the beach and walkable to many cool things including train stations. Would highly recommend you stay here. A few random notes: - There weren't umbrellas at the house but we found some really cheap ones at the Lawson around the corner - There is actually a cafe that shares an entrance with the house (it's attached physically), however we never heard any disruption from it - There is actually a second bathroom accessible to the upstairs bedrooms, it just only has a toilet (no shower). The shower downstairs is amazing! - There's a light that can't be turned off for fire safety reasons in the upstairs stairwell. Since two of the bedrooms have a window in the door this light was kind of bright, might want to bring something to cover them.

It was a clean and rich facility. The check-in time was also considered, and it was a small length of stay, but I enjoyed it to the fullest. They also responded politely and quickly. In that regard, I was able to stay with peace of mind. It's for a family of four. It was a smaller number of people than the capacity. I think it would be quite good value for money if it was for 6 people. It's a high season to get into the ocean. It may be difficult to book. When it's time to go to the ocean or pool I want to use it again.

It’s a nice and super convenient house in hakone, the house is right next door to one of the best restaurants in Hakone for bbq. Both indoor and outdoor hot spring is super nice. Room is cozy. And the best feature was the kitchen’s wear!! The stove is really nicely done and all the equipment is very nice. The bathroom also equipped with Dyson hair dyers and all the dental and vanity sets. It shows the house owner really cares about us to provide a luxury 5 star experience. Everything is extremely cozy with luxury touch.
