Holiday rentals with a patio in Kanagawa Prefecture

What a wonderful home! Chihoko was so incredibly helpful, kind and thoughtful. Recommended restaurants, parks and entertainment! The location was walking distance to DT line and the bus...so it was super easy to explore. And one stop to the bustling Shibuya. At night the neighborhood was so quiet, and the beds so comfortable. Having Lawsons across the street made our jetlag bearable. And having space for our family of 4 to spread out was great. Don't miss this spot! Book it and love it! 5 stars!

This place was absolutely how it was described. The location was fantastic !! Super convenient to everywhere and close by to JR train line and the subway line. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It was super convenient that we had the washing machine at the apartment. We will definitely will come back. Thank you soo much!!!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this lovely home. The house is functional, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—not very spacious, but perfectly comfortable for the three of us. It had everything we needed, right down to the smallest details like personal toiletries and cooking spices, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was the strategic location—situated near both Yokohama and Tammachi stations, making commuting around the city super easy and efficient. Mrs. Teng, the host, is such a kind and attentive lady. She checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, and even welcomed us with fruits and snacks upon arrival—a very thoughtful touch! She also generously allowed us a late check-out on our last day due to our night flight, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and well-equipped home with a genuinely caring host. Thank you Mrs Teng.

Naomi was a great host from the beginning to the end. We were able to communicate with her at any time and her response was quick. She offered a comfortable, clean dwelling for us to stay and feel safe. When we traveled outside of Setegaya, our belonging were safe at her home. We appreciate her kind demeanor and would make this home a choice to revisit when coming back to Japan. Thanks Naomi for making our stay unforgettable.

Our Stay at Asami's place was very good. It was just the two of us and we found the apartment comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed in the Ebisu are before and highly recommend the location if you're keen to avoid the hustle and bustle while still being close to great restaurants and bars. Thank you Asami :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Ota City. Natsuki was very proactive in providing instructions and communicating with us. Clear helpful instructions were provided on site along with many thoughtful local recommendations. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept very well. Clean and well organized with what we needed. We appreciated the extra touches like having plenty of hangers, toiletries, and a personal welcome left in the kitchen. Overall our stay felt throughout like we were being welcomed to stay at a friend's home, which was delightful.

We really loved our stay in Nishi-Gotanda and felt right at home. The apartment had everything we needed and provided a great base for our Tokyo adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was incredibly spacious, perfect for our family of six. It’s located in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet still very convenient, just a short walk to a convenience store and close to the train station, making it easy to get around. We truly enjoyed the comfort and the great location. Highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Japan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dans place! The house was exactly as pictured and the directions given were perfect! The home is fully equipped with everything you could need! Having the 3 floors was nice as we traveled as a family of 5 with 2 teenagers, so everyone was able to have their own space. I will say, if having a tv is important to you, there aren’t any in this home, but that was not an issue at all for our family! Dan provided great local recommendations and was very responsive with any questions I had. The house is in a great location for multiple train stations and corner stores. We will definitely reach back out to stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

オーナーさんのセンスの良さと人柄が表れている、とても居心地の良いお洒落で素敵なお家です。中庭を見ながらゆったりしたお風呂を楽しめたり、リビングやベッドルームでも日常から離れた時間を過ごす事ができました。 到着時には、パンを用意して出迎えて下さり、お腹も空いていたので、とても助かりました。 良い思い出ができました。

The place was just awesome. The home is large, in a very convenient place and quiet. I don't know why anybody would stay in a tiny hotel room and pay huge prices when this is available. It is perfect for families. The host met us at checkin and helped us with our luggage. He also showed us how everything works since it is in Japanese. Tracey out together a nice manual to translate the I instructions. I would also recommend him to handle your Airport pickup and Transfer. The location is central to Tokyo and convenient. In a city of hig rise apartments I was shocked to find this home. 100% we will back!

Spacious, cosy & stylish. Enormous living room with beautiful long table and work/play room with board games. Bedrooms with large wardrobes, firm beds but pillows are low, host is kind enough to provide backups. It is on 2nd floor so prepare to climb a few steps. Entrance may be a bit tricky to locate at first, especially at night. Walkable to 7-11, drug store, public bath, supermarket & Jindaiji. Bus to Keio Chofu st. (to Shinjuku) or JR Mitaka or Kichijoji st. (to Tokyo & Akihabara), Inokashira Park & Ghibli Museum. Driving-wise it's next to Chofu IC of Chuo Expressway, so you can drive to Shinjuku in 30 mins w/o traffic. Plenty cooking utensils. Soundproof is wonderful - barely any noise from nearby highway, but could feel vibration sometimes. While it can cater 6+ pax, it has only 1 bathroom which may be inconvenient to larger party. Smooth & swift communication with hosts. Recommend to anyone wants to stay in bigger & well-kept house within reasonable distance from proper Tokyo.

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

We were a family of 5 adults from Australia and we each had a comfortable bed to ourselves in the 2 bedrooms that were available. Good size apartment floor for a place in Japan. Quite place on the top of the building on the 3rd floor. On the negative side there is no lift so you need to carry luggage up 3 floors of stairs. Also there is no where to store your luggage if you arrive before or after the check in or departure times.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.
