Very well equipped house, with a friendly owner who met us on arrival. Really felt like a home from home. Lovely, shared, pool. Quiet surroundings in a very small village, with a good taverna almost next door. Good location to explore the north coast, easily driveable to the beach, Chania and Rethymon. We wished we'd booked to stay longer.

I had a great stay here with my two daughters. We all loved the clean, spacious and well equipped villa and Nikos was a very friendly and accessible host. Highly recommended !

As someone who’s constantly traveling for both work and leisure, it’s rare to come across a place where everything is so well thought out that there’s nothing to comment on, in the best way. This is genuinely one of my favorite stays. The location and views are magical and the attention to detail across the property is impressive. The pool and garden were always perfectly maintained and for a mountain spot, it’s not easy to find such clear, bug-free water. The team on site was great, always helpful without being intrusive. The food at the restaurant isn’t fancy but it’s honest, home-cooked, and made with care. Thank you for everything, I’d definitely come back and already started recommending it to friends.

nice house on quite location many places to sit and relax outside nice almost privat swimming pool very close to the house matthew was quick in response when we had a problem with the oven and we found a solution with mike a local guy we found a perfect beach at 20 min by car near beach club sunkiss very quite and big sandy beach with lots of free parking and nice relax beachclub 6 min walk from boats jetski banana etc

It was our first time in Greece, Crete and it was beautiful. The house was even better than the pictures, amazing view and perfect for 6 people. The elevator inside the house was perfect and the kitchen was lovely to spend time cooking and relaxing. It definitely felt like home and we wish we could’ve stayed longer 😍 I would definitely come back to this house again. Thank you for everything!

Well appointed and peaceful location with views of the mountains. Beautiful garden with lots of places to sit in or out of the shade at different times of the day.

Stayed as a group of 3x couples and kids of ages ranging from 6mo to 4yr. The villa was perfect. Rare to find a property like this . Stunning views, quiet location, heated pool, swings & slides for the little ones, BBQ for the evenings, building & furnishing quality top notch, and the most responsive and helpful host we've ever experienced for an Airbnb. We had the most relaxing week in Canna Villa! It was a great base for sightseeing & travelling around the local villages. The villa itself met our needs, comfortable and secure. Local supermarket great for essentials, local eateries friendly with good food. We loved the local bakery, it’s a must, for pastries & bread. The cake shop in the square sold the most amazing sweet treats!

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The villa is stunning and looks exactly like the listed photos. The area is very remote, peaceful, and private. We had a lovely stay and would be delighted to come back again.

The house is simply gorgeous. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The host was very generous with items in the refrigerator and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of recommendations of places to eat in the area. Michael met us in the driveway upon arrival and showed us everything in the house, that was very kind. Especially loved access to the washer and dryer because we were traveling with kids. It was too cold to use the pool, but if you are here when it is warm, it would be such delight.

We had the perfect stay at Villa Avrilla and Dimitris is a friendly and responsive host who helpfully navigated our complicated check in and check out requests. The Villa is very well equipped and stylish just like the photos and with plenty of lovely outdoor spaces and a great pool. The beds and showers are of high quality. A lovely welcome hamper and a bottle of wine was really appreciated. The location is fantastic, feeling very private but with shops, tavernas and a great beach just a stroll away. We would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending to other guests.

We cannot have asked for a better place to stay in Chania. The house is a gorgeous villa perfect for a large family vacation. The location is on a breathtaking hill overlooking the city and old Harbor. There are tons of windows letting in natural light. You can be an old town in eight minutes by car or about 45 minutes walking. There are plenty of local mini markets and restaurants nearby. Michalis was a model host, and gave us plenty of recommendations for day trips, restaurants, treats, activities, and gave us very kind gifts throughout our stay. If we ever return to Crete, we will be staying here again!

Villa Kambia is amazing, and Manolis is the definition of a super host! The property is even more impressive than the photos and I would highly recommend this place if you are in Crete. Manolis was always on hand to help us with anything and even dropped round some fresh food for us on multiple occasions. He was very attentive but also left us to our own devices (living 10 minutes away). There are neighbours but the property is so large that it didn’t feel like we had anyone near us. The villa was clean and the property was landscaped so beautifully with a mini football field, volleyball field and a huge pool. So much fun and we would love to come back! Thank you!

Regarding price. We have been 2 person. For this it’s quite expensive. For 6 like it’s available, price is good.

Loved our stay in this remote villa. Amazing views with sunsets from the pool. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens and towels. Nice having the pool heated! House is remote so bring all the food needed. Rather close to Elifonisi beach which was well worth the 20 minute drive. Driving is not for the faint of heart of heart. Many tavernas in the area within 15 minutes drive. Would stay again. Thank you Theoni!

We had a great time ,very quiet and peaceful..the local restaurant was really welcoming and served great food.. 2 recommendations if your planning to book here hard to locate at night time so aim to arrive in the day, and my advice You will definitely need to hire a car ... I cannot recommend this beautiful villa highly enough. We had a wonderful week long stay and it felt like home from home. The villa is very private, set back from the road and has the most stunning view and surroundings. It is very well equipped, and we had everything we needed. The pool is absolutely amazing - our children practically lived in it! There is also the dining area and sofa under the veranda, where you can relax in the afternoon heat and take in the amazing views. Mike was an exceptional host - he was very responsive and helpful and gave us lots of tips of places to visit and restaurant recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa is located a short drive from Almyrida, which has a beautiful beach and several fantastic restaurants that are right on the sea front - amazing views when enjoying your evening meal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we definitely hope to return one day!

It’s a magical place, it had everything we wished for! The outside area with an amazing swimming pool was the best! And when with small kids it’s very convenient that there are two good tavernas and a grocery store on walking distance. The beach only a short drive. There were mosquitoes outside and some dogs barking as mentioned in the other review but that’s at many places in Crete. There were insect screens and other products offered against the mosquitoes. All in all we felt at home and would come back.

We stayed at Niko’s beautiful villa as a group of 10 and had an unforgettable experience. The villa itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every single day. From relaxing by the pool to exploring the local culture and parties, everything exceeded our expectations. Niko was more than just a host—he truly became a friend.
