Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kampen

Yvonne is an attentive and friendly hostess. Fast and nice communication. Slept wonderfully. Nice place to stay, actually suitable for longer stays than our long weekend. Like your own living room/kitchen. We were surprised that we were allowed to borrow electric bikes. Perfect. Location, wonderfully quiet. Close to the center and many opportunities to explore nature. Would recommend it to our family!

Jan and Inga's place was a great place to stay. it was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! It was also within easy walking distance to the center of town. Jan recommended the Restaurant de Hoofdtoren to us for dinner and it was fantastic. We went every night! Hoorn is such a cute town to stay in also. I would recommend this Airbnb.

Great cottage for 1 night, cozy and nice bed. Kitchen is limited, so combining with eating out is recommended.

We had a great time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, we were informed that a number of sleeping places are accessible with a somewhat steeper staircase. Very thoughtful but was also clear from the description and the photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes down dry, very nice. Being able to charge your car is also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got a discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather was not so good. I can accommodate anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the peace and space that is available.

The perfect weekend getaway: beautiful house and garden, fantastic breakfast, lovely hosts, kid-friendly, and close to the beach. We recommend to watch Mists of Avalon on DVD while you're there.

A very nice place in the countryside, between the meadows, a cute path that leads to a ditto cottage. Breakfast with a view of meadows. Wake up with birds and immediately go to the sauna. Make a fire in the evening. We had a few wonderful days and soon got into rest mode! Thanks!

The apartment is beautiful. We had a relaxing weekend. We didn't miss anything. Stephanie and Farid are great hosts, they always responded directly and were very accommodating.

Haico’s place was amazing! It was so beautiful and private! Felt like we were in a fairy tale! Haico and his family were so friendly and helpful! The Airbnb is right a bus stop which takes you in and out of the city! Will definitely be back! 🥰

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

That’s my 2nd time at this flat. Great quiet place where to stay. The flat has everything you need and Anne is very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The cottage is equipped with every comfort and feels very luxurious. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped – we enjoyed cooking there. The shower and the whole house are also comfortable and spacious. The view of the greenery was really fantastic. You'll relax right away. Every morning and often in the evening, we took a walk through the beautiful forest with special birds and deer. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Always up for a chat and we thought it was very cozy. If we liked something, we spontaneously got to taste something, so sweet and thoughtful! In short: this is an absolute must, whether you want to stay a few days or longer. We'd love to come back here again.

I arrived very satisfied and left the accommodation with a happy feeling. It is a perfect place to rest, especially for people like me who are constantly in work mode. The quiet location and the possibility to cool off in the pool in warm weather are simply great. Maarten always reacted immediately when something was wrong - always friendly and helpful. What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay at Ans and Anton's. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring down, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. The accommodation is very lovingly designed, everything is well thought out and we really felt very, very comfortable. If you like it very quiet, you might be disturbed by the nearby street. For us, it was very relaxing and very good for switching off. Always happy 😀

The apartment Zwaluw has a very nice view from the large balcony. Hosts were very accommodating, friendly, concerned about our well-being and warm. For longer stays, bed linen and towels were exchanged and residual waste was disposed of. Thus highly recommended. Gladly again, best regards, Sabine and Andreas.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and especially thanks to the great host! Already at check-in, we were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. Our host was consistently personable, incredibly patient and helpful at all times. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity have made our stay truly special. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the time in Reckum to the fullest. We highly recommend the place and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

Charlotte is a courteous and helpful hostess. If we had any questions, she was always very easy to reach. Her apartment was great for our short stay and we were able to explore Utrecht comfortably via rental bike. The accommodation was very clean and we also enjoyed the view from the terrace. And even if the spiral staircases were a daily challenge despite the existing handrails, we would definitely ask her again in the future.

Maike was very accessible, the flat is very nice and accessible from the center and very closed to the train station. we highly recommand this stay

It is the perfect location, you can reach everything on foot. A beautiful garden to spend evenings in. Great communication and instructions from the host. Recommended!
