Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kampar

Haniza was very hospitable and friendly. She kindly accommodated our request for a baby chair and she hand delivered the keys to us as we had to rush for a birthday dinner. She was very attentive - checking in with us to see if everything was okay, replenishing items in the house, and answering our queries promptly - even leaving us a lovely gift! The place was very complete and spacious - the washer and dryer were very convenient, and the kitchen had everything you would need. A perfect place for families!

Worth to stay here. The unit offers a good price with what it should be. The owner is also very responsive; my messages were entertained shortly by her. There were 4 rooms which were convinient for up to 12 pax. The only two issues that I encountered during my stay (which were not related to the unit) were, first, the surrounding places were more Chinese-friendly-based and very limited options for Malay-Muslim restaurants (but there is a very fantastic walking-distance pastry shop in front of the condominium). Second, the management was very strict regarding the rules for swimming pool. Overall, the homestay was very superb!

The place is quite private, it's quiet there's nothing chaotic or noisy. Overall satisfied

There was a problem with the wifi on the night of our stay and sent someone to check it out 30 minutes after informing the host.The room equipment was generally not a problem, it was just that there was no TV remote that we could not turn on the TV to watch, and then there was some food crumbs found on the green single bed that should have been left from previous renters eating on the bed.Mostly, it's just these issues, and the next time I go to Jinbao, I'll book the room with the host again.

It was was great staying here. The best thing about this place is that every room has its own toilet. Everything is clean and tidy. Entering the quarter can be a little troublesome as there is a guardhouse and they can be strict at times

Wei- Wei is very friendly & helpful host . This house is clean , comfortable , beautiful decorated . Highly recommend to stay for holiday , facing lake view . Nearby don't have shop have to bring own Food for breakfast or dinner.

The space was clean, cozy and welcoming, and even though owner has made us aware that there was a railway track nearby, we were pleasantly surprised by how soft and unobtrusive the sound was — it didn’t disturb our rest at all. Firstly, a huge thank to the hosts, Kelvin and Kaiwei for providing such a wonderful place! We are satisfied with everything! Never expect to stay in such a comfortable, clean and big unit at Kampar. Other than that, the hosts are very responsive and friendly in answering our inquiries. Besides, Kelvin also provided a clear check-in guide for us, making it a breeze throughout the process. Secondly, the location is just 10 minutes from Utar, it is also quiet and we had a good sleep at night. Highly recommended to everyone who looking for Airbnb in Kampar! This place is the best!
