Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kampar

This place is a gem!! we walked in to a squeaky clean and beautiful apartment, and it is so quiet even though the block faces the main road/shops! the apartment has all the amenities you will need and it is one of the few ones that provide floor mats outside the bathrooms!! We love the clear step-by-step instructions with very informative visuals! also appreciate the responsive communication with host when we were facing wifi issues. we will definitely book this place again when we are back in Ipoh!

Haniza was very hospitable and friendly. She kindly accommodated our request for a baby chair and she hand delivered the keys to us as we had to rush for a birthday dinner. She was very attentive - checking in with us to see if everything was okay, replenishing items in the house, and answering our queries promptly - even leaving us a lovely gift! The place was very complete and spacious - the washer and dryer were very convenient, and the kitchen had everything you would need. A perfect place for families!

The premise is very cozy & feels like home. The interior design was great also. For those with many luggage, suggest to unload at the lobby first before parking your vehicle as the parking lot is quite a distance from the premises.

Host is very helpfull. Even bought us 2 new shower gell when i told him there’s no shower gell.

Worth to stay here. The unit offers a good price with what it should be. The owner is also very responsive; my messages were entertained shortly by her. There were 4 rooms which were convinient for up to 12 pax. The only two issues that I encountered during my stay (which were not related to the unit) were, first, the surrounding places were more Chinese-friendly-based and very limited options for Malay-Muslim restaurants (but there is a very fantastic walking-distance pastry shop in front of the condominium). Second, the management was very strict regarding the rules for swimming pool. Overall, the homestay was very superb!

The best place i have been in Champs Elysees. it is a very cozy place, you just do not want to get out from it. The bedsheet smells great and i hope they keep the quality of the unit the same. This will be my go to place now whenever i am in Kampar. There is just a slight bad smell from the bathroom , that could be due to the drainage pipe (which is kinda normal in Apartment/Condominium). The Wifi is intermittent (sometimes On , sometimes off). The mattress is kinda softer a bit.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at Meng Lee’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house had all the necessary facilities, making it feel just like home. Meng Lee’s was incredibly considerate, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. The welcoming snacks were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

The appartment was clean and comfortable and the host was friendly.

A comfortable and great waterpark condominium, thoroughly renovated with high quality utilities and beds. Kids have had plenty of fun with the waterpark.

Location was good. Place was clean and quiet.

Child friendly poolside and playground which is a good point for family base staying. Good location whereby easily access to eatery and near to AEON mall. Unit is clean and our overall staying was wonderful.

Wei- Wei is very friendly & helpful host . This house is clean , comfortable , beautiful decorated . Highly recommend to stay for holiday , facing lake view . Nearby don't have shop have to bring own Food for breakfast or dinner.

My family had a wonderful stay at Wei Wei’s homestay! The space was clean, cozy and welcoming, and even though owner has made us aware that there was a railway track nearby, we were pleasantly surprised by how soft and unobtrusive the sound was — it didn’t disturb our rest at all. Thank you for providing such a peaceful and comfortable experience.

Wei Wei makes us felt welcome from the time we checked in. Her place felt homely and peaceful, what we needed to get away from busyness. The house is nice and my kids enjoy playing the games provided. She is very accommodating and communicates to us well. Thank you.
