This place is a gem!! we walked in to a squeaky clean and beautiful apartment, and it is so quiet even though the block faces the main road/shops! the apartment has all the amenities you will need and it is one of the few ones that provide floor mats outside the bathrooms!! We love the clear step-by-step instructions with very informative visuals! also appreciate the responsive communication with host when we were facing wifi issues. we will definitely book this place again when we are back in Ipoh!

The premise is very cozy & feels like home. The interior design was great also. For those with many luggage, suggest to unload at the lobby first before parking your vehicle as the parking lot is quite a distance from the premises.

The best place i have been in Champs Elysees. it is a very cozy place, you just do not want to get out from it. The bedsheet smells great and i hope they keep the quality of the unit the same. This will be my go to place now whenever i am in Kampar. There is just a slight bad smell from the bathroom , that could be due to the drainage pipe (which is kinda normal in Apartment/Condominium). The Wifi is intermittent (sometimes On , sometimes off). The mattress is kinda softer a bit.

We have a very pleasent stay here. Beautiful & tidy house, felt like a home to us. A muslim friendly house, they also provide sajadah and halal plate for muslim use. The house also near to the pool and my kids were very excited to see it from the balcony. We would love to come & stay here again <3

My family enjoyed our stay here! Great place to stay for a big group. Clean and tidy. Look exactly the same as the photos posted. The host was responsive and friendly as well. Slightly further from town (about 20-30 minutes drive), but the neighbourhood was quiet and nice.

It was a real gem. All my 11 family members (including myself) was so pleased with the stay. Thoughtful touches like a kids room with a slide and even step stools for children! Clean and fuss free check in and out. Highly recommend!

Great place for family gathering -> kids enjoy swimming in the pool, daddies showing-off their singing talent in the karaoke room and mommies busy cooking special dishes in the big kitchen. Everyone had a great time. Host is very responsive with our feedback/request. We also had an amazing outdoor BBQ at night. Host provided a big BBQ pit. The kids already asking if we can repeat again coming here 😀

The villa is very comfortable, same as the picture. The owner is also very easy to contact and friendly. Charcoal for bbq is also available upon request. While at the homestay, there was an electrical issue where it was not the owner's fault but the owner gave an offer for late checkout. Our family is very happy with this villa.

Our stay at Meng Lee’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house had all the necessary facilities, making it feel just like home. Meng Lee’s was incredibly considerate, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. The welcoming snacks were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

At first, I was a little hesitant to book this home because there were no reviews yet, and I was booking not just for myself but also for my in-laws—which made me extra cautious. However, I soon realised this was a new listing, which explained the lack of reviews. After exploring Senang Je’s profile, I felt confident I had found the perfect host—and I was right! From the start, everything was smooth. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was incredibly responsive to every question and request I had. They were also very understanding when I had to check in later than planned. The home itself was spotless and very comfortable. Most importantly, my in-laws felt right at home—and that meant the world to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Senang Je again. Truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!

Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families! We had a great experience at this homestay. The place was nice and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the highlights was the large playground, perfect for kids to run around and have fun. The gym was the best we’ve seen at a homestay—well-equipped and very clean. The on-site waterpark was a fantastic bonus, especially for families with children. It kept everyone entertained for hours! Location-wise, it was excellent. Just a short walk or drive to popular local spots like Sadam Nasi Kandar and a halal dim sum place. There’s also a Chinese restaurant and laundry nearby, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a fun, relaxing stay with great amenities and nearby food options.
