I used it for 12 people. Check-in went smoothly and we were able to BBQ right away, so it was a very long time. I enjoyed using it.

The beach is right there, you can see the sea even if you are sitting in the dining room, the stars are beautiful, the location was great!It was a family trip for three generations, but I would like to come back again. There is no microwave, so I thought that if you have small children, you need to be creative with your belongings.

I live nearby.My son and his wife came with a baby. On the day of fireworks, accommodation costs for nearby ryokans are soaring, but this time, it was a weekday price even on holidays, and it felt like a great deal. Originally, when I booked by mistake for a month, they responded by rescheduling, and they were willing to handle forgotten items, and communication was very smooth.Thank you very much.

We had an extraordinary experience in the beautiful sea and surrounded by beautiful forests!!The sea is about a 10-minute walk away, so you can go anytime, and it's great to play in the evening (after 16 o'clock)!There is a shop only in the summer, and there is a convenience store, so there is no problem with eating and drinking ^ ^ The owner is also kind and attentive.I'm pretty talkative, but lol 　You can also have a BBQ, but I am grateful that the fire wood was arranged so that it was easier for the owner to make it easier to make fire!! 　As others have said, there are a lot of insects.It's in the mountains, so you can't help it.You should probably take it for granted that you come across a cockroach or taka sigmat in the house.If you can even enjoy it, it's a great deal. 　I want to recommend it because I think I had the best experience in a very great location.

Jun is a very friendly, polite and courtoues host. The acommodation is in beautiful place. When I will visit Japan again, I would like to spend my time there!

We loved our 4 nights here. The room was so tastefully decorated and very well kitted-out with everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to stay home and cook on the portable bbq and pizza oven instead of having to go out for food for a change too. We had a car so it was a very convenient location from which to explore the capes and beaches on either side, plus a trip into Shimoda. Only downside was the outside furniture which was not comfortable for relaxing in (Cape Cod chairs) so we spent more time inside than I would have preferred. Hopefully that can be improved. Would definitely stay here again.

The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with the close by beach. We enjoyed exploring the area. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Minetaka and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

The road to the building was a little difficult to understand, but the building itself was clean, well equipped, and very close to the sea, which was great. I felt very relaxed. I would definitely use it again. Thank you very much.

The beach was close as pictured and very beautiful, but the view around the guest house was also really great!There was a beautiful river just outside and the view of the mountains was amazing. The host was also really kind and helpful.We arrived at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night due to heavy rain, but they responded quickly and handled it very politely. The house was even nicer than the photos, and the real one was more beautiful.There were warm lighting, a large and easy-to-use kitchen, a large BBQ bench and table, and atmospheric lights, and even 11 people didn't feel cramped at all.The toilet was also beautiful, and the bath was large and comfortable! It is also recommended for fishing purposes.There is also a fishing gear shop just around the corner with lots of fishing spots.There was also a large fish in the river in front of the house, which I really enjoyed!

We spent a wonderful time! Rolf’s house is spacious, luminous and well equipped, with a great terrace and beautiful views of the sea. Rolf is a very friendly, flexible and reactive host. He provided plenty of information prior to our arrival and was easy to join during our stay.

It was very comfortable as shown in the photos! The explanation at check-in was also compact and stress-free. The kitchen space was also large (only the sink side is shown in the photo, but there is also a cooking space on the opposite side), and there was no shortage of cooking. Due to the location, there are many insects, so some will come in when the windows are opened and closed, but the facility itself was quite clean.(It's in the mountains, but the sea is right in front of you, so the view was also great) It was raining on the day, so we couldn't have a BBQ, but I'd like to try it again next time!
