We had a fantastic 2-week stay at Nikolaos and Mela's home. Set in a peaceful part of the island, it has truly amazing views of the countryside, the gulf of Argostoli and Lixouri. The house is very well equipped, large and comfortable with 3 decent size bedrooms and a large living room. It also has a very big terrace complete with a daybed for afternoon naps, away from the heat. We felt right at home and didn't miss anything. Located in the quiet village of Agia Thekli, with a small village shop for essentials, it’s 15 mins by car from Lixouri, a seaside town with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and regular ferries to the capital Argostoli (20-min boat trip). It's also well placed to visit the eastern part of the island, Petani and Myrtos beaches and Asos and Fiscardo villages. Nikolaos and his family were charming and very welcoming. We were offered home grown tomatoes and peppers and gifted a bottle of local Greek wine. We highly recommend and hope to visit Kefalonia again soon!

The apartment had a great view, was clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its fantastic location allowed us to reach restaurants, beaches and other attractions within just 15 minutes by car. We were warmly welcomed and the hosts were very helpful. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless and we really enjoyed our stay in Kefalonia! :)

The villa is amazing - three proper bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. terrace, back and front, super big living room, actually, a dining area and such a huge living room, that a few people can find private space for themselves. There is a laundry machine. But the most impressive is the level of details and care - you have everything to prepare a lunch/dinner, or even sandwiches if you want to pack for the beach. the hosts are very attentive and helpful, without being intrusive, even though they stay in the house down the hill. We have loved and enjoyed every second we've stayed. it's also conveniently located to various beaches (10-30 min), vineyards (5 min) and lixouri with groceries and supermarket (10 min). Great for 2/3 couples-friends. Or a family with kids. Just AMAZING

Nice and peaceful place in the mountains of Lixouri with amazing views and only 15 minutes away from Lixouri centrum/port. Very friendly and helpful owners who treated us so well from start to finish. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our 8 days stay. We will definetely come back again. I recomend you take a taxi the first time arriving to the house since it can be complicated to find the location on the gps (specially if you are arriving late at night).

Beautiful villa home. Quiet location but close to all of the local beauty spots. Villa was very idyllic. Small pool was perfect for swimming and playing in if you have young children. Beautiful views over the ionion coastline. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Very quick and responsive host. Would highly recommend. Has air-conditioning. Good Wi-Fi.

The house was great for a family with three kids. Comfortable and spacious rooms, good beds, proper furnishings. The kitchen was super well equipped, it had everything you need (e.g. paper towels, napkins, etc.), and the bathroom was also. The house was clean and tidy, perfect for our vacation. It was further from other houses, so it was okay if the kids were a little louder or jumped in the garden. What was a little confusing for us was that you could hear the planes taking off and landing very strongly, but this was almost everywhere we went on the island, so this is not a negative thing about the accommodation, but the certainty that there are many more tourists coming to the island by plane than we were 15 years ago. By car, everything was available within an hour, which was important to us, and the host was very helpful, quick to respond, and took action. The settlement is a real small Greek village with good restaurants nearby. Our best stay in Greece so far!!!

The house is set in beautiful grounds and offers several relaxing retreats. We were a bit startled when we arrived as there is a half finished second floor on top of the house which is at least a bit odd looking but it didn't diminish the beauty and relaxation of our stay. The house is also well equipped, especially the kitchen. Pantelis and the owners took excellent care of us. They even took the 2 cats who were were at the house and cleaned everything thoroughly since we are allergic to cats. The famous and beautiful bays and beaches are about 20 minutes away and the nearby village of Lixouri is also worth a visit. So we can recommend this accommodation without reservation. It is really beautiful!
