Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kalundborg Municipality

For three weeks we enjoyed the view of the sea from the terrace with wonderful sunsets and rainy shipping traffic on the horizon. The tranquility that surrounds this area of three houses and garden is phenomenal. We found it's a very good place to relax. Everything necessary is available in the house. The bathing jetty nearby allows for a quick bath. And the house is very well suited as a starting point for hikes and bike rides on Røsnæs. The only downside was the access to the house. Due to rains before our arrival, the gravel path was so soft that we once came down by car, but had considerable trouble driving up the slope. The car had to stay upstairs. More rains damaged the path so that it was locked up. Due to knee problems, the way down was difficult for me to do, not at all in the dark. We really hope this issue will be resolved as we would love to return. Gabriele

Ole's house is equipped with everything you need during the holidays. The house is very close to the water with a few other houses, but otherwise away from any infrastructure. We really enjoyed it. You don't get anything from the neighbors, most of them are only there on weekends anyway. The stone beach is a 3-minute walk away. We felt comfortable and had a nice time.

Really impressive house and amenities. Enjoyed my stay a lot, swimming in the harbour was a cool thing to do. Likewise a walk into town for food and a beer. The house is presented perfectly, everything is in place and there are lots of nice little touches (Nibbles, candles, coffee etc) I would for sure stay here again

If you want a really classic AirBnB, this house is perfect for you. Felix was there to help and make it homey and cozy for us. I think it made us feel comfortable that it is a private home to be shared and not earned lots of money.

We had some wonderful days in Christina's cottage. The description and the beautiful pictures matched perfectly with our experience. The area is quiet and idyllic. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Annette's cottage is just SO cozy and we had a fantastic time there. Nice spacious kitchen, cozy dining area and nice bedrooms (however, there is only one large bedroom. The other two are quite small). But it worked fine, even with two small children. It's super nice to be able to open the doors to the garden, which is so beautiful and nice. Everything we needed was there and the private garden was just perfect. Huge recommendation. Would love to come back.

A lovely place with many activities for big and small. Amazing views throughout the house! Lovely area close to beach, swimming pool and activity hall. Kate was a proactive host who made sure we were well dressed for the stay. All in all, recommendable.

Yvonnes apartment is tastefully decorated. Despite the location on the main road, this does not bother you at all. We were passing through from Sweden to the Netherlands and it was just the perfect place to get some rest. Yvonne is a warm-hearted host who goes above and beyond to delight her guests. Striking: the bedding is and the towels smell delicious! Nice: there was a bottle of wine and two bags of chips ready. ❤️

Lovely stay that the whole family enjoyed. We felt at home right away in the cozy and atmospheric house, which is perfectly located in the historic city center.

We were very excited about this place. Nicely renovated old stable with everything you need for a stay. And then it is wonderfully located in the middle of the Funen nature with lovely peace and quiet. Lone, our hostess was top notch. We arrived one late night, and then homemade cake was ready for us. There was also coffee and tea and in the fridge was beer, water, homemade jams, freshly laid eggs and roll sausage. There were bowls in the freezer. SO lovely. She was very hospitable and offered to use her sun loungers, etc. if we wanted to. In addition, she was nice to tell us about the area and recommend different places we should see. Gavnø’s was a great place to getaway and relax

I have already used a lot of Airbnb accommodations, but this one was the best so far. A lot of attention to detail, everything tidy and functional. I felt at home in a relaxed environment. I'd be happy to come back anytime This apartment is a real gem 👍🥰🍀

We spent our vacation with a large group at Steffen's place. For the 12 of us the apartment was perfect. There are six lovingly individually decorated rooms that can be used flexibly for couples or two to three individuals. With the three fully equipped bathrooms and extra sinks in individual rooms, there are also no snakes. The kitchens are super equipped with dishes and electrical appliances. Towels, soap, sheets and additional blankets were also sufficient. For us, the two sofa corners and the very long dining table were also very convenient. A special highlight is the terrace with a view of the Belt and the Storebaeltsbron. From there you can also watch deer in the morning or relax in a small covered sitting area. Steffen was also an incredibly friendly and accommodating host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay with Asger and his family for a wedding weekend at Holckenhavn Castle which is right around the corner. Asger’s home is extremely cozy, especially with the fireplace on, and even comes with cute toys and board games for the kids. Around Nyborg there were some lovely beaches and playgrounds to spend time with the family. Thank you!

Pure nature in an historical house

Her house is a stroke of luck. On the one hand, it's great: a little set back close to the water, with wonderful views of the Holbaek fjord and its different moods - and very quiet. On the other hand, it is very nicely cut - especially with the large covered veranda. It has a very nice basic atmosphere and is very thoughtfully furnished in everything. And a warm welcome was waiting for us to welcome us. You answered questions very quickly and very kindly. We felt very comfortable with you. For our three generations it was a wonderfully relaxing place. Thank you for your great trust. We'll be very happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful manor house in the peaceful Danish countryside. The place was peaceful and very pretty. The house itself was full of charm and character, yet had all the modern comforts we needed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back. Highly recommended!!

Magical place! Right on the beach! Total hyge. Just you, your family and sea breeze, trampoline and Vernon (owner s cat) kids immediatelly created a bond with the cat. Everything was perfect to us.

Great stay and lovely host. Common area has bad acoustics which make it quite noisy if you are there with a large group with children.

The view and surroundings alone are worth the stay. As a bonus, you get a hugely helpful and prompt host. In addition, you'll have access to a full kitchen with everything you need. Sharp knives and V60 are rarely provided.
