The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained residential complex with an unusual and beautiful green area. It is modern and tastefully furnished with a lot of love and is in top condition. We especially enjoyed the beautiful weather-protected terrace. We also appreciated the narrower terrace at the back with the wonderful view towards the village of Tyrol and the 2 comfortable seating areas. The location of the apartment is optimal – pleasant ambience, the expressway to Bolzano is quickly accessible, 5 minutes' walk away a good butcher (Siebenforcher), where you can also buy cheese, bread, milk, wine, etc. (a more relaxed alternative to the supermarket for small items). The city center and the Tappeiner Promenade are within walking distance and there is an underground car park where you can park in a relaxed way – what more could you want! Birgit is a great host – always easy to reach and very nice. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

A beautiful apartment where we immediately felt comfortable. It's even nicer than the photos. The garden and the view of the lake are also a dream. Hannes was always there when we had a question. Couldn't be better. However, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the lake, as you cannot walk through the private facilities to the lake. But that's not a big deal. A little movement is good! And the path goes through the vineyards. The idyllic chapel is very nice, but you are actually woken up by lukewarm bells at 7 o'clock. I didn't mind, but my son couldn't sleep anymore. But that has been described many times and we knew that in advance. We will definitely be very happy to come back and today on departure we were very sad to have to leave...thank you so much for the beautiful days!

We felt incredibly comfortable at the Brantenhof and with Carmen. We would have loved to extend it. This stay was the highlight of our 12-day road trip through the Alpine region. What a warm welcome, what a tasteful interior, what a perfect place to rest.

Bright sunny apartment with a large well- equipped terrace and a heautiful view where we were able to eat all our meals. Kitchen has been very thoughtfully stocked with utensils, including kettle, toaster and microwave. The weather was hot, and the washing machine was a bonus. Eppan is a very nice town and hosts left a wide selection of information to help make the most of it. Sonia and Michele were friendly and available hosts, and we would most certainly stay again. Lovely place!

We loved it from the very first second. The place matched the pictures and looked even nicer in person. The view was incredibly beautiful and we couldn't get out of wonder. In addition, Monica and her family were incredibly warm and helped us with problems right away. We would come back. PS: There is wine from its own farm that tastes very tasty! 💕

The stay in Daniel's apartment was very good. It was very clean and included all the things you need for a pleasant stay. The location, right at the beginning of the Goldgasse in Kaltern, is very good and you have all the necessary things (bakery, supermarket, restaurants) within walking distance. Communication with Daniel was very good and you received answers to inquiries in the shortest possible time. Thank you.

It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had yet. The house is perfectly described on the listing. We found it spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony is something that I have to mention. It is as peaceful as it gets and for someone looking to take a break from everyday life, this is a perfect getaway with a view of the mountains. We had a wonderful stay at Giovanna's farmhouse. Giovanna was very friendly and welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. The house is located inside a vineyard and there is a full view of the lake, the atmosphere was very pastoral. Next door is a beautiful town and access to many lakes. The apartment was large, spacious and comfortable, a fully equipped kitchen, and a TV that connects to Netflix.

We booked Juliet's apartment at very short notice and were super happy with everything. Julia is a top host, very friendly and helpful and we felt completely comfortable. We were traveling with a dog, which is why we walked a lot in the nature. The place is a great base for this - there are many hiking trails in the area. All in all a great experience and we will be happy to come back!

What a fantastic place and what a fantastic host!

We are very convinced of the Kraidlhof! Communication was easy. A later check-in was possible and uncomplicated. Already upon arrival at the Kraidlhof, you leave your everyday stress behind. This is ensured by the private/quiet location, the birdsong and the beautiful garden with the great biopool and fantastic views. There are great restaurants very close by. Personal recommendations are Gasthof Terzer and Goldene Traube Tramin. In addition, we were always able to reach out to our host for special concerns. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The view from this apartment is breathtaking and what sold us on the place! My husband and I really enjoyed staying here and the luxurious touches. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, hikes. Has all the necessities and is as shown in the pictures. There are other units beside and upstairs which made it less private however still a great stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed chalet. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning – waking up to that scenery was a true highlight. The facilities are incredibly modern and complete; everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged. One thing that really stood out was the furniture – not only is it stylish, but also extremely comfortable and functional. The sofa, dining area, and even small details like the lighting and fireplace created a warm, cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I was genuinely impressed by how well everything worked together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat!

Absolutely Remarkable place, the ever changing conditions viewed from the main window from clouds to sunny to the villages below make it the perfect sport to sit and stare for hours. The location is one of the nicest we saw during our entire trip in the Dolomites. Private and stunning scenery. The loft is beautiful, with all the amenities you need. We were a family of 4 and managed there comfortably. Stefano and Francesca responded immediately to any questions and very helpful recommending restaurants or things to do. We’ll be back some day!!

Monika and Reinhold were extremely friendly, helpful and generous. My wife and I were spending our honeymoon there and we loved every single detail. The place was even better than the pictures showed!! It was a very pleasant stay and certainly would book it again if I went back there.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
