Holiday rentals with a patio in Kalmthout

De allerbeste host die ik ooit heb gehad! Alles was perfect: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en oprecht zorgzaam. Ik raad deze plek en deze host aan met heel mijn hart. Een echte aanrader!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in unserer Unterkunft. Zu Fuß kann man sich schöne Parks an gucken und mit der nah gelegenen Bahn kommt man schnell in das Zentrum von Antwerpen. Trotzdem war es eine gute ruhige Lage mit mehreren Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Es gibt sogar eine sehr gute Bäckerei in der Nähe mit sehr gutem selbstgemachten Brot. Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Zusammengefasst war es eine sehr schöne entspannte Woche, und ich würde es immer wieder machen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett, Schrank und einem Esstisch. Nebenan ist ein kleiner Zwischenraum mit der Kochnische. Daneben findet man das Bad mit großer Dusche. Für einen längeren Aufenhalt wäre natürlich ein separates Wohnzimmer mit Sofa optimal, aber uns hat es gereicht + man hatte eine schöne private Terrasse. Man hat also alles was man braucht! Der Check-In war sehr einfach über einen rechtzeitig mitgeteilten PIN. Vor dem Haus gab es kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir haben wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Pfingst-Feiertage etwas viel gezahlt für 2 Nächte, aber wir waren trotz dessen sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen! Florian und Anna waren stets erreichbar und haben uns immer gut weitergeholfen. Alles in einem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!

The flat was cute und simple. The bar next door just opened and we had a really great time there. It was so nice that i will probably come back some time. The house itself (and also the staircase) is very pretty and the owner is a very cool dude who does sculptures.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vor allem der Wohn- und Essbereich, sowie die Dachterrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Insgesamt war es eine super Wohnung für einen Städtetrip.

We had a great time at Simon‘s place! The apartment was beautiful and the perfect place to stay at for a city trip. We made friends with Simon‘s kitten, which made our stay even better! We can‘t wait to come back.

Inrichting mooi ,leuk omgeving en bank is lekker cozy

We LOVED our stay at Esteban and Joroen's. We had been attracted to the listing by the beautiful photos of the lush garden, the first floor outside decking , the bright interiors and the sense of peace and calm that was radiating out from the pictures. It was amazing to discover that it felt exactly like we had hoped and looked just as the photos but even more so. Such a peaceful and tranquil setting with everything we could need and more. We enjoyed three blissful days of cycling into Ghent on the provided bicycles, exploring the town and enjoying the food and drink options at the vast array of pavement cafe's and bars. In the evenings , after a stop at the nearby supermarket on our way back from town, we enjoyed the hot tub and then some drinks on the decking as we watched the sunset before preparing and eating dinner to the sounds of the wonderful assortment of vinyl that is on offer. In the mornings it was yoga in the lounge, surrounded by the plants, and then a cuppa on the deck

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans la maison de vacances d'Irma. Elle comprend tout ce dont nous avions besoin. C'est sans conteste l'Airbnb le plus complet que nous avons visité. Elle est également bien placée pour rayonner dans la région. Irma est très réactive et fait son maximum pour vous simplifier la vie. A recommander !

Wat een geweldig huis! Een hele fijne sfeer, het voelde voor mij alsof het huis je omarmt. Prachtige locatie, midden in de stad en toch heel rustig. Mooie groene tuin. Bart is een geweldige gastheer. We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Zeker een aanrader als je van een huis met karakter houdt. Ook het verhaal achter dit huis vond ik zeer inspirerend en mooi. Dank je wel Bart! Ons verblijf was kort maar we zouden graag nog eens terugkomen!

Schöne, sehr schick eingerichtete Unterkunft. Wir waren zum Fischen da und hatten keine weiten Wege ans Wasser. Gerne wieder.

Mooie accomodatie op een minuut lopen van het centrum! Genoeg te doen in de buurt. Heerlijk rustgevende accomodatie met alles in huis wat je nodig hebt. In één woord: Top!

Mark and Kim’s place was a lovely peaceful and comfortable home with everything we needed. We were staying in the area for a couple of nights to visit De Efteling which is an easy 15 minute drive from Haarsteeg, so the location was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, living room was great to relax in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely bath and shower! Mark always replied really quickly and the check in was very easy. Thank you very much for a great stay!

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in deze mooie Airbnb. Patricia was super vriendelijk en had zelfs allerlei leuk speelgoed klaargezet voor ons dochtertje van 1,5 jaar. Heel lief! De Airbnb zelf was heel knus en fijn. Zeker een aanrader! De kippetjes die voorbij scharrelen maken het geheel af :)

We kregen een geweldig ontvangst door Maaike. Alles was zoals beschreven in de advertentie, de omgeving was geweldig en heel bosrijke fietspaden. Estava bem limpo, localização tem fácil acesso através de transporte público. As fotos realmente parece o ambiente. Indico para quem tem interesse.

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût et dispose de tout le confort que l’on peut avoir besoin ! On s’y sent comme chez soi ! Wilhelmina a été très accueillante et m’a donné ses bonnes adresses à proximité ! Le centre ville est accessible en 15min facilement et le port intérieur est juste à côté, parfait pour se promener en fin de journée ! Je recommande à 100% et reviendrai volontiers !

Roxane est une hôte charmante, très disponible et réactive . Le logement "design" correspond au descriptif. Il est lumineux, très propre et bien équipé. Un grand merci ! Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir si nous avons l’occasion de revenir à Bruxelles, une superbe ville .

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Wohnung. Gerne wieder.

The apartment was spotlessly clear and all the furniture and finishes are of high quality - it felt like a five star hotel. Easy check-in with clear instructions from Christophe made check-in stress free, and the lift to the apartment was a great advantage for my mum who had slightly limited mobility. It's only on the first floor, so most people will be fine with the single flight of stairs. The apartment is well located and pretty much all of the main sights are within an easy walking distance. We had a great stay and would love to return.

Very big, 2-bedroom apartment that modern and clean. Kiefer was very responsive, friendly, and informative! The neighborhood castle, Gavensteen, is just around the corner, so there are many places to eat and drink nearby, catch a canal tour, or a tram to another part of Ghent. (Every neighborhood needs its own castle!) Even so, the apartment is on a small side street that is quiet and has very little traffic. The electronic door locks are different than most and took some time to learn, but eventually we learned how to use them.

Prima verblijf gehad met z'n 3e! Allerlei leuke activiteiten en restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het appartement was exact hoe het beschreven is. In het weekend is de stad 's nachts levendig, gezellig en lekker dichtbij. Luc reageerde snel op berichten en gaf duidelijke instructies. Wij waren er in het weekend en tijdens vakantie. Handig om oordopjes mee te hebben voor tijdens het slapen i.v.m. vrolijke feestende mensen op straat of een paar huizen verder. Ik had ze en heb heerlijk geslapen ;)
