Villa holiday rentals in Kalimnos

We absolutely loved this super cute, serene property. It was just as described and yet exceeded our expectations. This place was so wonderful we ended up extending our stay knowing that nowhere else would compare. The main house plus guests house provided more than enough space for us - we were two couples and loved being able to spread out and have our own private spaces. Perfectly located being walkable to some great climbing and a short drive to everything else. The hosts were communicative, kind and quick to respond to even the smallest requests. They made us feel right a home and recommended what ended up being our favorite meals on the trip. We felt truly spoiled and highly recommend!

The photos look like this place! It is exceptional, with a quiet location between Masouri and Emporios in a lovely bay. If you climb...crags are literally minutes walking out the door and up the hill, with dozens of routes. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, even finding crutches when I injured my knee. I could not recommend more highly! We will be back.

Samuel's house was a perfect choice for our stay on Leros - it had everything we needed and was very clean and quiet in a lovely location. Loved walking to the beach for our early morning swims to wake up. Also helped by Samuel being a great host, booking us the best restaurant on the island, sorting our car hire, cleaning etc and also guiding us where to visit to get the best out of our holiday. Thank you Samuel!

Super nice contact, cool appartement with an awesome view over city and countryside. The large terrace and a grill round up a place I can highly recommend.

Angeliki's place is wonderful. A country feel, within nature and with a sense of quietness, but in a location that is lively. It is what anyone would ask for when the likes of a group of people might vary. House is spacious, clean and provides every little or big thing one might need. Just amazing and an experience that makes you want to go back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A paradise

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The house was exceptionally clean, and it was cleaned daily with sheets and towels frequently changed. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the view was beautiful. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed for an extended period and left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Panos was very responsive and accommodating prior and during our stay, which was very helpful in the planning of our holidays and also whilst we were there in quickly fixing and attending any issues and last minute requests we had. The villa is exactly what you see in the photos, with beautiful views and well equipped! Unfortunately when we were there it was very windy though and we did not end up using any of the outdoors spaces nor the pool. Overall a beautiful place to stay and a great host!

Ev tamamen fotograflarda gorundugu gibiydi, hic bir sorun yasamadik. Havuzun ve evin temizligi gayet iyiydi. Tek sorun mutfakta bazi gereclerin sayisi yetersizdi ancak kullanima engel degildi. Ev sahibine tesekkur ediyoruz.

Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort! Die Anlage ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll gepflegt. In nur drei Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den privaten Strand – ein echtes Highlight. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum: vielseitig, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich herzlich und sympathisch! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Liebe zum Detail und die vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten, mit denen man nicht rechnet, die den Aufenthalt aber umso besonderer machen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Villa con vista mozzafiato terrazzo meraviglioso dove poter cenare e passare splendide serate. Qualche difetto c è come alcune lampadine non funzionanti la mancanza di zanzariere e la mancanza del condizionatore nella seconda camera che è dislocata è più una dependance. C è stato purtroppo l ultimo giorno anche la mancanza di acqua ma abbiamo passato in 3 una vacanza memorabile e Patmos è un isola splendida

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — we were greeted with a generous selection of fresh fruits and drinks upon arrival. She was very flexible and even allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The location was absolutely perfect: a beautiful sea view and very close to all the main attractions and activities. The villa was spotless and extremely comfortable, and the host has a team available for cleaning upon request, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a truly wonderful experience — I’d definitely love to come back! 🇸🇦🙏🏻

Lovely villa - Felt like a private hotel and Sait was a great host! Super helpful, even offered to make us breakfast throughout our stay. The rooms were furnished so nicely and the pool area was gorgeous too. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a place to stay for bigger groups too!

Bovilla are extremely helpful and want to make sure your stay is as smooth and pleasant as possible! The villa was extremely clean and had all the amenities as described! There was some building work around the entrance to the compound but once you were through the gates, the surroundings were perfect! The villa is exactly as described and myself and my family had the best time there. The pool and the view were unmatched!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the pool is great. The villa is located on a steep slope and the road access is quite challenging, especially parking the vehicle in the garage but we enjoyed the challenge. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach where there are numerous restaurants. The walk back takes longer due to the steep incline.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for our group — even though it was off season, we had one child in the group and he had an amazing time playing in the garden and swimming in the pool. The house and outdoor areas were beautiful and very well maintained. It’s also just a short walk to the sea, also markets nearby. Köksal was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and comfortable. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend !

Bodrum’da konaklamaya karar verirseniz tam olarak doğru adrestesiniz. Nihan hanım misafirperverliği, pırıl pırıl evi ile ihtiyacınız olan bütün sorunları önceden öngörerek muhteşem bir deneyim yaşamamızı sağladı. Evin konumunun merkeziliği öte yandan merkezi konuma rağmen izole olması bizi çok memnun etti. Çok güzel bir aile tatili yapabildik. Her türlü ihtiyaç en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü, denize yürüme mesafesindeydi, havuz keyfi yapabilmek de ekstra eğlenceliydi, yemyeşil bir bahçe kuş sesleri özenle dizayn edilmiş bir ev. Nihan hanıma çok teşekkür ediyor, Turgutreis’e gelenler için bu güzel konaklama imkanını kaçırmamalarını öneriyorum.

Bu eve 2 aile geldik ve birimiz bebekli bir aileydik . Her şey bizim rahatımız düşünülmüş şekildeydi . Mutfak ekipmanlarından tutun banyodaki temizlik malzemelerine kadar . Ev zaten inanılmaz bir manzaraya ve günbatımı manzarasına sahip öncelikle . 3 kocaman yatak odası ve bir kocaman salon hepimizi rahat ettirdi . Mutfakta yemek yapmak için de her şeye sahiptik . Hepimiz bu evde olmaktan çok keyif aldık ve tekrar geleceğiz

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing—very responsive, polite, kind, and extremely helpful. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and offered stunning views, especially the breathtaking sunset from the top of the property. The swimming pool was clean and a great place to relax. The host also shared excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Narenciye ağaçlarının içerisinde 3 villadan oluşan bir cennet adeta. - Havuz gerçekten muhteşem. Fotoğraftakilerden daha da büyük. 150 cm derinliğinde. - Tamamen doğa ile iç içesiniz. Her yer yeşillik. Hamakta uzanıp doğayı seyretmek çok güzeldi. - Süpermarket, fırın, kasap gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile 5-10 dk mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı halledebiliyorsunuz. Evden 15 dk yürüyüş ile Kadıkalesi Halk Plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. - Emre Bey, Raşit Bey ve Nurten Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. - Evlerde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. (Mikrodalga, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vs.) Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olarak belirtmek istediklerim : - Evlerde bulunan yataklar biraz eski gibi. Çok rahat edemediğimizi belirtmek isterim. - Hijyen konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. - Evlerden en azından bir tanesinde bir fırın olsa güzel olabilirdi. Özetle; biz çok memnun kaldık. Önümüzdeki senelerde de gelmek için planlarımızı yapmaya başladık.

A short 25 minute car ride from the airport lies the beautiful and spacious home, near the heart of the village of Zia. We were personally greeted by Dimitris and he showed us the house. The kitchen had all the equipment for our needs. The bedroom had a double bed and enough closet space for our stuff. The garden is also big and has multiple areas to sit down and relax. You can even park your car behind an automatic gate. Last but not least we really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of climbing the nearby mountain. Because the house is so close to the center of Zia you can literally walk 5 minutes to where all the Taverna's and shops are. Have something to eat and drink and just walk back to the house. No worries about being the designated driver. We had great contact with the host and he responded very quickly and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
