Beachfront holiday rentals in Kalihiwai

This condo was the PERFECT location, especially with kiddos. The huge lawn was so fun to play on, we could walk to two beaches including Poipu and the coffee shop across the street was soooo yummy, we went to the pool at the Athletic Club everyday which was so fun and convenient and it was great that both the pool and beach had towel rentals (free). We even got snorkel rentals right at the beach. The condo was equipped with an umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs which made for a really comfortable time.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

When we return to Kauai, our trip will be based around when we can book C5, as we felt everything was amazing and perfect for our liking. Thank you Greg!!

Great spot to stay. Commutation was clear and we got excellent advice once we arrived on the local things to try out. It’s advertised as shared but you get all the privacy of having your own place. They have starwars chopsticks which light up like light sabers: totally lit up our dinners.

Craig’s condo was the perfect place! Located in Princeville close to many restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. The condo offered great light and was spacious. Although it was just two of us (and our pup), the condo could comfortably accommodate a family or group. We would definitely recommend for a vacation in the Princeville/Hanalei area.

Great condo in a great resort! Waking up to the view in the backyard is all I have to say. Absolutely gorgeous. In addition to that, the condo itself was wonderful. Extremely spacious. The host was great, as well. I would definitely stay here again! Just a great experience overall.

Evans was an amazing host! He gave us plenty of local recommendations, and even lent us some of his own belongings to use for the beach! Very gracious and hospitable!

This is the third time we stayed at Deb’s place. We were here for a month this time. We get in the ocean every morning — with the currents and waves, we stay close to shore — and it’s a great way to wake up! The local restaurants and fruit stand supply our breakfasts. We used Deb’s beach chairs on Anini, Lydgate, and Poipu beaches. You really can’t beat the location. It’s so close to restaurants, right on the bike trail, and easy to get to the north or south parts of the island. The big recliners are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are very nice too. Deb was super responsive to anything we needed. She is super quick to respond and if anything needs attention, she is on top of it right away. We loved being on the 2nd floor, with the nice view and privacy. The elevator was a big help when moving in with our luggage. We used the facility washing machine and dryer twice and they worked just fine. A great stay.

Our grandson and his wife stayed in this Princeville condo for their honeymoon. They said their stay was amazing! The condo was just what they wanted and expected from the listing. There was everything they needed for their day trips to the beach or for hiking. The front desk was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great place, quiet with a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding mountains in the background of the community

We loved staying in Summer’s place! We appreciated the amenities available as it allowed us to still do some light cooking and save a bit on our food budget. It was in a great location to access so many of the beautiful beaches on Kauai. We could walk or take a short drive to a natural food store, many food trucks, restaurants, rental gear stores, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed being near the ocean and having beach access behind the building. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It was perfect for our needs, comfortable, has a nice little view of the ocean from the deck, and close to so many of our favorite things: Hanalei, One Hotel, Princeville Botanical Garden and more! This was our first trip to Kauai and it was magical! Staying in Princeville was a great choice and we are grateful Christina and Patrick were such great hosts. Mahalo to them for helping to make our trip so magical!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to all the essentials for the beach and pool. The views were beautiful and made every morning feel like a getaway. The hosts were responsive and helpful any time we had questions. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

We LOVED staying here!! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could’ve stayed much longer. The location and view are to die for. The complex is so quiet and peaceful at night. Inside was gorgeous, also had some updated furniture since the pictures! Small little touches everywhere. Kelly was so informative and helpful. We will definitely be back if we get the chance!!

We had a fantastic stay at Heather & Khaled’s Airbnb. Khaled was very responsive and really friendly! The place was very clean and spacious. The view is spectacular- can’t beat the sound of the waves! Some things we really appreciated that we did not see in other comments that I wanted to highlight: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided. The BBQ grill does NOT need charcoal - it is ready to use and has all the supplies needed. The bed comes with a soft blanket (as someone who NEEDS a soft blanket when I sleep, this was great). There is a ceiling fan if you are someone that can’t sleep without a fan! We would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. It’s the mid point between north and south side of this island. Has great food and grocery stores nearby all within walking distance.

Beautiful and secluded location right on the water. The views are unmatched. The cottage is removed from the crowds around Hanalei which is great for privacy but will be a decent drive to most restaurants and stores. The cottage maximizes the views with large windows facing the water. Since there is not A/C in the cottage (as indicated in the listing), we'd recommend to future guests to try and arrive in the afternoon to get the fans going and open the windows so that you can sleep at a comfortable temperature. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was amazing - we couldn’t believe the beautiful surroundings we got to wake up to every morning! Kitchen was stock, washer and dryer were great and the place was super comfy! We would love to stay again!!

Lauren reached out to us that we could check in early, she was also so kind to let us have a late check in as well. The unit was so beautiful with stunning ocean views. Would definitely stay again and tell our friends about this special spot.

This house was perfect. The porch was nestled up against the forest and we had horses visit us each day. It was a very short walk to a quiet beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for groceries. Honestly didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere else on the island because this place was so relaxing.

Our stay was great. The location was a quick drive into Hanalei and we could walk to the beach! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and looking at the view. We would stay here again.

Danielle’s place perfectly matched the pictures and description. Nicely updated interior, clean and modern, completely free of any clutter. It was wonderful waking up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning. A fun little hike to the secluded beach. The community pool was quiet and relaxing with a nice view of the ocean thrown in. All and all a great place and nice locale for all that surrounded the area.

We loved our stay here. My wife & I were both impressed with the room itself - great kitchen with new appliances , convenient coffee bar, spacious bathroom and shower, and very nice to have in-unit laundry with detergent supplied for us! The place also had all the beach gear you could need. Then, the resort amenities were top notch. Great pool & hot tub, lovely fire pit seating area with spectacular views, and great activities available like tennis and pickleball. There’s a bit of a walk down to the beach, but the resort offers complimentary golf cart rides that were always quickly accessible for us if we didn’t want to walk. And, getting down to the beach was absolutely worth it - gorgeous views! We will hope to be back again!
