Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kalamaria Municipality

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

This apartment is beautiful and spacious. Every room has A/C. The location could not be better. Everything is walkable. The host was very responsive if we needed him. The place was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Easily accessible, quiet, close to the metro with easy transportation and excellent apartment! the hosts were always at our disposal, with courtesy and intent. It's more than worth the price.

We really enjoyed the accommodation, clean, terrace, quite well-equipped, functional, being on the 6th floor it's nice. When we forgot our key inside the apartment, our host sent us someone to fix the situation in less than 20 minutes! Small downside, if you have a car, expect to look for parking for a long time!

Exceeded expectations, perfect location for walking to all of the historical sites, museums, transportation and excellent restaurants and best bougatsa (Anoteron.). The apartment is extraordinarily quiet, comfortable bed and sofas. May we stay forever?

All the instructions for entering the house were descriptive and easy. The view from the balcony was nice. It was comfortable and ideal for 3 people but 4 adults can be a bit difficult. Everything was ready when we arrived. The sheets were clean and fresh snake. Kitchen utensils were more than adequate and convenient. It is definitely a place I would prefer if I come back to Thessalonica. The host also responded quickly and sincerely to my every question without getting tired. I would like to thank him very much

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Valantis was a great host. He gave us very clear instructions so we could find the house with ease. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is clean and quite beautiful. In addition, because we wanted to stay a day extra and there was no availability in the house we were staying in, he put us in contact with someone he knows so we could continue our vacation. And it is a peaceful and restful haven to return to after full days and nights of exploration and enjoyment of such a warm people and welcoming city. Friendly and flexible host. One of the cleanest and most fragrant homes I've stayed in. The spot is a base to go anywhere in the center and generally within a breath radius there is a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. We stayed with our son comfortably and felt like home!

Very beautiful space , beautifully decorated. Instant hot water due to gas. Ground floor facing on the street and not in an apartment building, there is no balcony. Difficult parking in the area to impossible and very narrow streets if you have a big car. There is paid parking at 500 meters relatively inexpensive. It could have been a little more economical for its features. However, it's a great choice for where it is.
