Holiday rentals with a patio in Kalamaria Municipality

I was in the apartment for almost a week to work remotely. Wi-Fi connection was very good. There is also a small desk with an office chair in the bedroom with direct access to the large roof terrace. You have a wide view of the city from the terrace, including the sunset. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay. Supermarkets are nearby, as well as restaurants and bars. It is also not far to the promenade. Bus stops can be reached in about 5-10 minutes, some cultural attractions such as museums are within walking distance.

A great place, very well located to move by any means, even by foot! The communication was impeccable, we were given step-by-step instructions, with courtesy, and the space was spotless and exactly as described. I would definitely choose it again!

Melina was a very kind and extrovert person. She was lovely and always in a good mood. I loved being her guest. The view was great, the flat was easy to use, we had everything we needed, so in summary it was worth it;))

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Anke and Evangelos are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as described in the listing, not to say much better. You feel right at home, everything is very brightly decorated and cozy. There are also insect screens on all the windows, which I absolutely loved. The pool not only invites you to splash but also linger, at the current temperatures it is pleasantly cool, the garden is a small oasis. I'll be back next year as soon as the calendar is unblocked. Delightful, quiet place in Thessaloniki, in the middle of the web of nice alleys in the upper city. Restaurants, supermarket, and historical highlights within walking distance. Dimitris and his mother are super nice and helpful hosts! In short, a perfect place, even for a longer stay!

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Beautiful little home

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. It is very comfortable and beautiful apartment. It contains everything that you need for convenient stay - modern and clean furniture and appliance. Host is friendly and responsive. Nice location if you want quite and calm place and all needed shops are near.

Highly recommended. Good location for weekend getaways and longer stays in Thessaloniki. Not far from the metro and the promenade.

The stay in the apartment was great!!!The place is beautiful and warm in a quiet neighborhood easy parking. Next to urban transportation and the Metro stop. In the neighborhood there are many restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. The house was just like in the photos spotless and with all the equipment. The host excellent and very friendly responded very quickly. I highly recommend it!!!!
