Apartment holiday rentals in Kalamaria Municipality

Great apartment above the roofs of Thessaloniki. Everything was as described and we enjoyed the week very much and especially used the spacious roof terrace a lot. The host was very friendly and helpful (e.g. good restaurant tips) and always responded very quickly. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Petros is a great host making everyone feel welcome. He communicates proactively and is well-organized and prepared - just like his rental place. I felt right at home with the provided amenities and would stay there again considering the location and price.

My husband and myself stayed at Drosia’s place for two months and we did not want to leave!! The apartment is immaculate, Drosia and her mother great hostesses and very helpful. The neighborhood is very convenient, you have two supermarkets around the corner, rental cars a couple of blocks away, and even if you like to walk the Metro station Bulgari within walking distance. We loved Kalamaria, the very friendly people and the relaxed atmosphere. If you want to go to Thessaloniki downtown you have buses, taxis and the Metro. Droria’s apartment is very welcoming, with all that you need for a long sray. Thank you Droria for letting us stay at your place. We want to go back next year!

We stayed at Ioannis place for over a week and it was great! The location was perfect; right at the top of the pedestrian street, but away from the noise. There are a lot of small coffee shops and bakeries within 5 minutes on foot. The internet is very fast, so the place was ideal for remote work. The flat was absolutely spotless, with lots of space to store our things. The balcony is perfect for lazy evenings. Ioannis and his family were helpful and responsive to our messages. As we arrived late, we were very happy to see that there was already cold water in the fridge provided by our host! Thank you so much, Ioanni! We will definitely stay over your flat next time :D

Βρήκαμε πολύ εύκολα την τοποθεσία. Η Βασιλική ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, καθώς μας ετοίμασε το σπίτι και μπήκαμε νωρίτερα από τη συμφωνημένη ώρα επειδή φτάσαμε νωρίτερα. Το σπίτι πολύ όμορφο, άνετο και περιποιημένο. Μείναμε 8 ημέρες και νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στη Θεσσαλονική! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Maria war eine äußerst liebenswerte, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Das Appartement ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebungeinzigartig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank liebe Maria!

Πολύ άνετο και προσεγμένο το καταλυμα, απεναντι ακριβώς απο το μετρό! Πολυ ευγενικος ο οικοδεσπότης, απαντάει αμεσα στα μηνύματα! Στα συν η ευέλικτη άφιξη ετο κατάλυμα!

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

I had a great stay here, the instructions of Paraskevi were excellent so that it was easy to find and get in. She was also proactive in giving me all the necessary details and giving me a welcoming stay. The place is beautiful: small, but cozy with all the necessary amenities, a big bed and an amazing balcony from which you can see the surrounding city and Mt Olympus (bis plus!). The location is also within walking distance to other sides and the sea front and also reachable by bus from the airport. It was a lovely stay and I would book it again.

Çok temiz bir ev ancak biraz küçük bizim ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Kapalı otoparkı olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Arabamızı otoparktan hiç çıkartmadan 15-20 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile sahile gidebildik. Güzergah üzerinde bir sürü mekan var. Ev sahibi herşeyi net ve doğru anlatarak bize çok yardımcı oldu. Tavsiye ederim.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was comfortable, and spotless. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony. What really stood out to us , was the host. They were incredibly helpful and proactive, sending clear and thoughtful messages and making sure we knew they were available at any time if we needed anything. It made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. We can’t wait to come back again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay!

The only thing better than the location and the apartment is Giorgos' hospitality. His listing and instructions are very detailed and he is also responsive and flexible. Giorgos is so kind and nothing is too much trouble. The location is incredible - within walking distance to all of the top attractions but with the high floor it's quiet and peaceful. The balcony/terrace is huge especially by Greek standards and a nice place to enjoy the sunshine. The apartment is modern, furnished well and spotless. Giorgos has it stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable - shampoo, coffee, biscuits etc. I enjoyed this Airbnb so much I have booked it two more times!

We had a wonderful stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment on the 7th floor was very spacious, bright, and offered a beautiful view. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. The peaceful neighborhood made it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We truly enjoyed the comfort and the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Το σπιτι ειναι τελειο αλλα η περιοχη δεν ειναι πολυ καλη. Εμενα με βολεψε διοτι ειχα δουλεια στο Μεγαρο Μουσικής

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως το περίμενα. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις, όπως ήταν στην περιγραφή. Την κα Nandia δεν την γνώρισα προσωπικά, αλλά ήτανε πλήρως κατατοπιστική και εξυπηρετική. Όλα ήταν οργανωμένα γιά check-in χωρίς την παρουσία του οικοδεσπότη. Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ.

Great place to stay. The location is slightly outside the centre of Thessaloniki, but bus is nearby within five minutes walk.

It was a very nice place, better than the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed. Stathis wad very helpful and responsive. The neighbourhood was amazing with a lot of restaurants and cute little coffee places. The only minor issues were the parking that it might take a few rounds to find one and that the elevator was not working any of the days that I was there. But despite this minor issue, I highly recommend the place, if I ever visit Thessaloniki I will definitely go there.
