Apartment holiday rentals in Kalamaki

Wir haben am Ende der Hauptsaison (Mitte Oktober) die Unterkunft bezogen und wurden mit absolutem Traumwetter belohnt. Die Morgenstunden kann man hier sehr gut auf der Terrasse der Wohnung verbringen-lediglich abends hatten wir mit ein paar Mücken zu kämpfen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Vielleicht wäre aber ein Geschirrhandtuch noch super:) Man sollte ein Auto oder einen anderen fahrbaren Untersatz haben, um die Insel zu erkunden. Hat man sowas, lebt man bei Lefteris perfekt. Für Bootsausflüge zu allen erdenklichen Zielen der Insel eignet sich die Unterkunft auch perfekt. Direkt vor der Tür starten die Boote von „Manthos“, die sich auch um die Unterkunft kümmern - Absolute Empfehlung. Lefteris und seine Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was beim nächsten Quadverleih auch mal Vorteile mit sich bringt. Los propietarios súper majos y súper atentos. Nos pasaron un PDF con las cosas esenciales a visitar en la isla. El alojamiento estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado y sobre todo muy bien equipado tanto en la cocina/baño/habitaciones. La ubicación estaba al lado del pueblo de Zakynthos. En conclusión un 10 sobre 10.

Wir waren mit diesem Appartement sehr zufrieden und glücklich! Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und das Appartement ist sauber und ansprechend, der Müll wurde jeden Tag entsorgt und sogar die Betten wurden gemacht. Auf den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Über dem Doppelbett war ein Haken, an dem man sehr gut ein Moskitonetz aufhängen konnte. Die kleine Küche war ausreichend. Es gibt eine Dusche im Bad und auch draußen eine Duschmöglichkeit. Das wunderbarste war der schöne Balkon mit der phantastischen Aussicht. Es war ruhig und doch mitten in dem kleinen Ort Keri Beach gelegen, der eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre hat. Direkt vor dem Haus ist der Strand. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich.

Mijn dochter en ik hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf in de studio van de zeer vriendelijke Nadia en haar echtgenoot. De studio was erg ruim, comfortabel en gezellig ingericht met verschillende zitjes voor buiten. De studio is gelegen in een rustige omgeving en heeft een prachtige tuin die met zorg wordt onderhouden! De communicatie met Nadia en haar echtgenoot verliep erg soepel en de tips van Nadia over de omgeving zijn zeer waardevol. Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven!

We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Dimitris and his family were so responsive and helpful, and Dimitris booked EVERYTHING for us; taxis to and from the airport, to boat trips and bike hires! He has made a great map of the island where he put all his recommendations (which were brilliant!) and it was so helpful as we wouldn’t have explored much otherwise. It was so peaceful and such a beautiful setting. The place was lovely and clean and tidy and had everything we needed! We absolutely will be coming here again, thank you so much!😊

Me and my friend found ourselves very well in the Panos’s apartment, which contains all the things you need inside an apartment. He has always been super available against us and has not really made us lack anything. We appreciated all the advice on restaurants and the most beautiful beaches to go. The position of the apartment was excellent and we reached the beach and the street of discos in a short time. If I had to return to Zante, I would choose Panos's apartment again.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Apartment von Kostas und Nikos. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und stylisch gestaltet. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Beide waren jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns mit ausreichend Tipps für Zakynthos, Restaurants, Bars etc. versorgt. In der Umgebung ist alles vorhanden wie Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. Das Restaurant von Kostas, welches sich direkt und dem Apartment befindet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, würden direkt wieder das Apartment buchen!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett und hilfreich. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch im Zentrum mit vielen Läden und Restaurants um die Ecke. Abends war es dadurch nur manchmal etwas schwer, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation and can absolutely recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nikos, who really made an effort for whatever request we had. He was extremely accommodating and was always on hand to help and advise us with any questions or concerns. The service was first class - from the welcome to the check-out we always felt at ease. The accommodation itself was perfectly clean, tastefully furnished and offered all the amenities you could wish for. The location was perfect - quiet yet central, so we could easily reach all the main sights, restaurants and bars. We would like to thank Nikos once again for the excellent stay and look forward to seeing him again!

My wife and I had an incredible stay! The apartment is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was a nice, quiet location that is within walking distance of restaurants and markets. The pool bar had great food and drinks, and the service was fantastic! Would definitely stay again.

Ivana and Dionisis are fantastic hosts. Their accommodations are spotless with high-end linens and their restaurant serves wonderful traditional Greek food at reasonable prices. A snorkel is a must to explore the crystal clear coves right where they are located. There is a fair bit of traffic on the main road, but the general area is remote with fantastic villages and authentic Greek traditions, warmth and caring. I would definitely stay here again. I wish they had a two-bedroom to bring my daughter. Mostly, these people are so warm you feel like you are at home.

We had a fantastic stay! First off, Spyros was very responsive and gave us a very comprehensive list of local recommendations and attractions which was very helpful! He was also flexible with check out times for us. The place was stunning! More than enough room for our group and every bedroom had its own bathroom attached. The views of the town and ocean were beautiful from the balcony. The place was very walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking was usually available right under the building and if not, on a nearby street. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would recommend to anyone staying in town!

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

Quiet area of Old Alykanas. Lovely Tooting scops Owl at night. With a great view across sea to Kefolonia. You need a car for supermarket and for main beach at Alykinas. Also it is a 25 min walk each way to the main bars and Restaurants. The Lemon Tree restaurant is a closer walk. There is 30 steps to climb to the Villa. For us it was beautiful as we knew what we were expecting and we loved our apartment, the Greek restaurants and the coastal views. Thank you Dionysis

We decide on this Airbnb last minute and it was the best decision we made on the island. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and private while still being walking distance from beautiful batches and authentic Greek cuisine. The host was more than responsive and catered to our every request. I can’t recommend this place enough. Worth every penny. Just pay the money !! We will be back.

The apartment was perfect and would recommend if you are looking for a little luxury in Laganas. Clean, modern and in a great location. The air conditioning, combined with the huge celling fans were a great touch. Definitely the best apartment we saw in the area by far! Close to the beach and nightlife without having to be on the strip itself . The host is fantastic, and could not help enough. They arranged transfers to the airport and even transport for an evening in Zante town and arranged a return pick up late at night when we decided to come back. I have never come across such a helpful and responsive host, it really helped to make the holiday. Thank you!

Casa superlativa con una zona giorno e un giardino con vista da favola è sempre freschi. Dimitris è sua madre sono di una accoglienza perfetta e sono ricchi di attenzioni e gentilezze. Sicuramente torneremo.

We had a great time at Anty’s place. The suite was clean, modern and very comfortable, the outside pool was lovely and the view is amazing. Anty has been responsive since the very beginning and helped us through our stay with recommendations and even found a solution to return our car to the rental in Zakynthos before taking the ferry to Kefalonia. I would definitely recommend it to anybody!

Diese Unterkunft ist insofern zu empfehlen, wenn man privat nahe am Strand sein und in der nächstgelegenen Laganas Road das Nachtleben erforschen möchte (-Hotspot besonders für junge Menschen zum Feiern). Ideal für vier Personen, wobei es nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Tür gibt, das andere Doppelbett steht im oberen Stock frei (Mansarde mit Meerblick, herrlich!). Wir waren in der Nachsaison Mitte September dort, das war super! Die große Terrasse ist sehr angenehm, auch der Whirlpool mit diversen Funktionen (Massagestrahl etc.), eine große Sitzbank und zwei Sonnenliegen. Das unter der Terrasse befindliche Restaurant spielt zwar den ganzen Tag Musik, diese war jedoch geschmackvoll und nicht zu laut (relaxed music). Und wichtig bei hohen Temperaturen: die Klimaanlagen im Haus funktionierten einwandfrei. Last but not least, Fotis‘ Frau ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend, sie hat alles gecheckt. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

We had a fantastic stay start to finish, we were very well looked after and the Airbnb was beautiful and very well kept. In a great location, with a great outdoor area we would definitely recommend!

We travel quite a lot and Pigi's place was one of our favourite stays in recent years! The inside is very well equipped, and the outside areas are fabulous, and in atranquil setting. We honestly can't fault this Airbnb! Pigi was so helpful and friendly also. If back in Zakynthos, we 100% would like to stay here again!!

Romina war eine super Gastgeberin & war immer hilfsbereit bei Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt und die Insel. Außerdem hatte sie uns geholfen eine Quad zu organisieren, womit wir super die Insel erklungen konnten. Das Airbnb war perfekt für 5 Tage und ich würde es jedem weiter empfehlen!
