House holiday rentals in Kakma

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Um zum Strand zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Auch sollte man verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung ausprobieren, um für sich den „Richtigen“ (z.B. Sand, Stein, Café, Sportangebote…) zu finden.

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Wir waren zu acht bei dieser tollen location! Marijo und sein Team haben tolle Arbeit geleistet es gab für den Empfang tolle Platten sowie frische kekse auch hat er sich informiert ob alles okay bei uns sei er kam auch in der woche um den Pool zu putzen das ist einfach super sowie ein tag vor der Abreise brachte er uns sehr viele Windbeutel allgemein fande wir die Lage super es ist super ruhig dort und es ist einfach empfehlenswert dort seinen Urlaub zu machen vielen dank für diesen tollen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Tolle Unterkunft! Super modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Toller Pool mit Grillplatz und Sitzecke, Liegen Sonnenschirm. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl in einer ruhigen Gegend in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder in Zadar. Die Unterkunft ist einfach jeden Cent wert!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Premetto che siamo due architetti... e che inizialmente pensavamo che le foto della casa fossero dei RENDER... Ma Sanel ci aveva assicurato che la casa era realmente così.... Beh.... devo dire che Sanel si sbagliava....la casa è Molto più bella delle Foto.... È una casa Fantastica.... Curata in ogni suo aspetto...Arredata con gusto e Funzionale in ogni suo Aspetto. Piscina che vi farà venire voglia di stare lì tutto il giorno. Zona relax per bambini con calcetto, biliardo, freccette....Io devo dirvi che se volete essere in pieno relax e sognare una vita da Attore Hollywoodiano dovete venire a provare questa casa. Bagni per ogni stanza ...Letti King size magnifici.... E visto che per lavoro viaggio molto, devo dirvi che ho trovato Magnifici anche i cuscini. E per la cucina? beh talmente bella che vostra moglie sembrerà uno chef.... per la sua felicità nel cucinarvi. Se volete stare bene questo è la casa da sogno a Vir... Credetemi le parole non bastano per esprimere la sua BELLEZZA.

Logement très propre, moderne pratique, possédant une bonne literie et tout ce qu’il faut dans le logement. Petit défaut, il se trouve dans le village et non avec vue sur mer, et peut être une certaine proximité avec les voisins du mobilhome d’en face.heureusement nous n’en avions pas à ce moment là .Maja a été une hôte très agréable et réactive même à une heure tardive, nous la remercions. Très bon séjour dans son logement.

Le logement est très bien situé. Il est joli, propre et très très bien équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise ! Les enfants ont adoré le trampoline et les adultes ont apprécié les chaises très confortables de la terrasse. Petit bémol sur les 2 lits d’appoint (pour être à 8 dans la maison) qui ont des matelas très fins.

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich, Pool und Sauna traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Andrej war super. Der einzige deutliche Minuspunkt: Uns wurde auch auf mehrmalige eindringliche Bitte kein Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Andrej sagte, dass er das selbst nicht entscheiden könne. Ich konnte wirklich nicht verstehen, wieso kein Stuhl angeschafft werden konnte. Für uns war das eine große Einschränkung/Herausforderung, weswegen ich das hier öffentlich mache, damit andere Eltern mit Kleinkind vorbereitet sind.

Ada’s place is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, stylish and furnished with everything you need. The balcony has a five star view and you can enjoy the private beach whenever you want to. We spent a week in Tkon in good/ bad wheather but we found joy and pleasant outgoing time for every day. The island has plenty of beautiful beaches but offers even more: rental place for bikes and SUPs are just around the corner, we borrowed from both and spent wonderful time with them on cloudy days. Cultural sightseeing points (Kalvaria and Monastery) are also in walking distance which can be easily reached on the hiking roads, even with a young child. Ada is most helpful and gives full assistance to her guests, in emergency situation as well (tested…) 5 star recommendation without any doubts!

Der Aufenthalt bei Mare war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube! Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem (!) und die abgeschiedene Lage direkt in einer wunderschönen kleinen Bucht ist einfach nur ein Traum! Mare selbst ist sehr herzlich und eine super engagierte Gastgeberin! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Modernes, schönes und blitzsauberes Haus, Garten, Pool und super Grillplatz. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, schöne Strände in der Nähe sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Matea und ihre Eltern sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Wer in dieser Gegend eine Unterkunft sucht ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und man hat alles was man benötigt vor Ort. Vom Balkon aus kann man direkt das Meer sehen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns direkt ein paar Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Falls wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigt wurde, stand sie jederzeit zur Verfügung. Kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures. It is divided into two apartments and since we were two families (7 people, 4 adults and 3 children/teenagers) it suited us perfectly. It is very private and undisturbed and we were able to swim in the pool well into the evening. It is a little out of the way, but since we had a rental car the whole week we were there, it was no problem to go to the beach or to shop. We visited Biograd na Moru to swim in the sea, shop and go to a restaurant. We were in Zadar and we also visited the waterfalls in Krka National Park. We are very satisfied with our stay. The host Dominik and his family were very nice and easy to communicate with regarding check-in, check-out or if we had any other questions.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped. Communication and check-in were seamless, and your hospitality made the whole experience even better. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and would happily stay again the next time we’re in Zadar.

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind zutreffend. Stipe hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell per Chat erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Möglichkeit zu schwimmen und zu schnorcheln. Absolut empfehlenswert.
