Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kakkanad

We had rented Mr Nandan's apartment for our family time. All of our interactions with our host Mr Nandan were very smooth and pleasant. He showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us patiently before handing us the key. The Location of the apartment being in the city itself was an advantage. The apartment was extremely neat and looked much better in real than in the snaps posted in the Airbnb website .It was very well equipped with all the necessary gadgets , Wifi, Split AC's and Ceiling fans in all rooms, Tv, Fridge, Washing machine, Electric Kettle, Flask ,Gas stove, Geyser,all required utensils.Spacious rooms,A big dinning table. Comfortable sofa set.Bedrooms with nice and clean bedsheets, Towels etc were provided.We did not have to go out to buy anything. Everything was very thoughtfully provided. The huge balcony with back water sunset view was incredible Our family had a memorable stay at your apartment .We highly recommend it to anyone . Thank you 😊

Nice flat for daily rental

Thomas’ place felt like home during my trip to Cochin. The rooms were exactly as described. The building and neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Even though I did not use the amenities, they looked as described. Thomas went out of his way to ensure that the Internet was working for my stay, and I couldn’t ask more from a host.

Very beautiful property right on Marine Drive. Easily accessible with excellent restaurants and the Broadway famous for shopping within walking distance. The Rainbow Bridge, Children's Park, Subhash Park etc are very close by, with a lot of picturesque spots to take memorable videos and photos. If you need a place to chill out with friends or relax with family in the heart of the city, this is the place. Fayiz, the contact person, was extremely helpful and kind.

Had a pleasant stay and worthwhile experience at Nijin’s flat. Nijin was very responsive and moveover Nijins father was extremely understanding and helpful during our stay. We needed extra services and after speaking to Nijin and his father, they helped and sorted out our needs. Flat was clean and tidy and secure place to live. Good view and commutable to Kottayam and nearby major places. Definitely worth the money and would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay here (seven weeks part holiday, part remote working). It is in a nice location on Vypin which suited our circumstances with a young child - we were close enough to the city to take day trips and also had options in and around Vypin, Fort Kochi and beyond. The apartment was spacious, well organised and as stated in the advert. Don and Albin were very helpful in giving suggestions for places to see and how to get around the area which made our settling in a lot easier. We would definitely consider coming again.

Noufals place is a GOTO place in kottayam. We stayed here for a Month as I was on a vacation from USA. Place was super clean and had all ameneties.The flat was close to Kottayam town which made us easy for commutation to all the major restaurants,Supermarkets and LULU Mall. It is just 15 mins from Kumarakom as well.Flat was spotless with 3 big rooms and A/C facility.NRIs visiting kottayam can go ahead and take Noufals flat and you wont have any complaints.Noufal and noushad was very responsive on any issues we faced and helped to resolve faster.Thanks for hosting Us and we will surely book the same for our next trip

We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Thanks Sajid & Hashim for a great stay!

I can really recommend staying at George’s place. If you get the chance be sure to talk to him - he knows a lot about Cochin, Kerala and history in general. Great and friendly guy!

We had an absolute blast at this bnb! We felt right at home. The house has a modern-kerala touch. All the rooms were pristinely maintained! Washrooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the appliances. The host was really kind and responsive. Would recommend 10/10!

It's a spacious house located on a beautiful piece of land. Hardy and his brother were amazing hosts! The little thought of having a sanitizer in the welcome kit, keeping in the mind the coroncavirus scare at the time was very thoughtful!

I initially booked this homestay for 4 days but ended up enjoying it so much that I made a separate booking to extend my stay by another 2 days! From the very beginning, Uncle and Meena Aunty welcomed me warmly and made me feel completely at home. Their house has a cozy, peaceful atmosphere — perfect for both work and relaxation. The surroundings are quiet and away from the usual city noise, which made my stay especially pleasant. One of the best parts was the all-day breakfast, thoughtfully prepared by Meena Aunty. The meals were delicious, often including fresh, homegrown fruits like berries and guava. I had a few specific food requests as well, and they were more than happy to accommodate them, which I really appreciated. The genuine hospitality and warmth I experienced here made it easy to extend my stay. A special mention to Meena Aunty’s amazing food — I’m already looking forward to coming back again! I have no words to express that my stay at the “Nirvana “ room in Parudeesa was unforgettable. Coming from Ireland 🇮🇪 I felt the same about “ Dublin Castle “. This home is very unusually built in Indian terms. It is carefully designed, and every inch of the space is stunning. Cleanliness at its pyramid — I couldn't believe the licenses this home has - Health dept, food dept, village dept, etc. and went through every proper channel to keep its quality very high. No wonder they are challenging other places of stay in Kerala to keep their guests like Gods. I think you need a minimum of 2 weeks of stay at Parudeesa to enjoy its beauty. I am returning for a two-week Ayurvedic massage at this home. I can't wait, counting down the days.

Stay in the center of Fort Kochi, so close to the port , kathakali presentation places, restaurants and shops in the heart of the small pleasant and charming old neighborhood. The 16th century house ( where Vasco de Gama passed, though!) is really still in its juice with very large spaces and volumes, with small terraces, kitchen,... available. George is really charming and attentive to your requests and explanations. He can also find you taxi (be careful to be confirmed the price before departure with the driver ) addresses for shows ,....

Sajid helped us a lot regarding stay and our irregular check out timings. He arranged bikes and car despite being it being a Sunday. It was a good stay overall. Would recommend.
