VIENNA DREAM VIEW 22 APARTMENT Modern 65 m² apartment incl. Loggia in Vienna's most sought-after and modern residential area, between the Danube, DC Tower and UNO City. The Danube Tower is within walking distance. It is only 4 minutes to the U-Bahn [subway] and from there 10 minutes to the city center (Stephansplatz). Shopping and gastronomy on site (bakery, groceries, drugstore, pharmacy, "57 Restaurant + Lounge"). A parking garage is available in the house. You can't spend your time in Vienna better.

Dieses wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Appartment liegt im Herzen Kaisermühlens und damit nur wenige Gehminuten von der U1-Station entfernt. Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke sowie Restaurants sind vor Ort vorhanden. Zur Entspannung und Erholung laden die Donauinsel und das Kaiserwasser ein. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

I booked the apartment the same evening and despite the short preparation time, the landlord made a lot of effort to prepare the apartment as quickly as possible. He didn't want to accept a tip for it - he even left a little something for me in the apartment. Also the place was very nicely decorated and clean. All in all, really very satisfactory, the communication also worked very well. Thank you again for the effort!

I was warmly welcomed after a long train journey. You really live with them in their house and I felt at ease. Because you sleep upstairs and use the toilet and bathroom downstairs, you meet each other in their living areas, but this felt very comfortable. The bed is spacious and very good. Bathroom for private use is neat and spacious. Definitely recommended if you want to stay just outside the hustle and bustle of Vienna city. Metro takes a maximum of half an hour to Stephansplatz.
