非常好的高性价比房源！地理位置非常方便，离天文馆商业街或者鹿儿岛中央站都只有1km左右，走路过去10分钟左右。房源自助入住非常方便、快捷，里面有两个独立的房间、3张床，很适合家庭入住，还有一个独立的客厅可以轻松摊开大行李箱。不管有什么问题，房东都会及时响应，给我们提供了非常多帮助。我们在这里住得非常舒服，推荐给所有来鹿儿岛玩的人😁

The home was a great location for food and not too far from a tram station. The home itself was super clean and very homey as well. My mother and I really enjoyed our stay!

Eine wundervolle Lage mit Blick auf den Vulkan, Sakurajima. Wir waren zu zweit. Die Unterkunft war groß genug für uns. Außerdem war sie sehr sauber und es gab alles was man braucht. Es gibt in der Umgebung sehr viele Dinge zum Unternehmen.

Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Check-in/Check-out waren super unkompliziert. Geräumige Wohnung mit ausreichender Ausstattung für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber man ist zu Fuß recht schnell am Hafen (für einen Ausflug nach Sakurajima) oder am Bahnhof. Es gibt genügend Geschäfte in der nahen Umgebung, und zur Einkaufs- und Vegnügungsstraße ist auch nicht weit. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, würde wieder dort übernachten.

It was our 5th time in Japan and the best place we stayed! Yuko san was the nicest, wormest and the most caring person we met in Japan. We were welcomed personally by her. She showed us all the apartment and provided all necessary informations. She even prepared some light snacks for us. In the morning she brought us delicious breakfast and when we were leaving equally delicious bento for the next part of our journey. I can not recommend this host and her place enough!

The host was very warm-hearted. She welcomed us with her own cafe drinks, and also helped to buy JR train tickets and pick-up and drop-off at the station. We like this accommodation very much. We can experience Japanese architecture from our stays, very unforgettable. By the way, house is close to the sea, and the indoor space is very large and cost-effective. Masatoshi's place is pristine and clean. The tableware and cooking utensil supply is good enough for a long stay. This Airbnb is situated in a very convenient place. It takes only 10 to 15 min. to the city center (Tenmonkan) and there is a couple of convenience stores and grocery stores within walking distance. If you are looking for a comfortable and also affordable place to stay, you should look at this place.

It was a nice and great experience staying in your apartment. If possible, please install a washing machine for laundry then the apartment will be perfect. For sure, I will book it again in the future. Thank you very much.

房间离指宿站有一段距离，夏天走起来会很热，如果不想走，可以从车站坐公交到砂樂温泉站，很好找到。房间所见即所得，直接能看到大海，离砂樂温泉也非常近。房间就能泡温泉，很棒的！房东还贴心的准备了冰棍（虽然离开了我才想起来我忘记吃了，大哭）但是因为海边潮湿的关系，房间有蜘蛛，泡澡的时候爬了过来，有被吓到。值得一提的是，房东非常好！很温柔善良的两个女孩子，亲自迎接，也亲自送行。甚至大方的让我寄存了行李，最后还贴心的帮我把行李送到车站，真的非常感谢！

가고시마공항에서 버스타고 텐몬칸역에 내린 후 도보 5분 걸리는 훌륭한 위치입니다. 체크인 시 바로 키를 수령하였고 도착시간에 맞춰 방에 에어컨도 틀어주셔서 들어가자마자 너무 시원했습니다. 방은 사진과 그대로였으며 일본에서 보기 드믄 넓고 쾌적한 공간이었습니다. 수압은 적당했으며 휴지등 소모품도 제때 제공해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 무엇보다 스탭분들이 너무나도 친절했습니다. 재방문의사 100프로입니다. 감사했습니다

Excellent place to be. Extremely convenient location within the main shopping center and easy walking distance to views of the volcano. Peaceful room. Very recommened.

房间很大，非常的干净，日常用品齐备，智能马桶，冰箱，厨具，微波炉都有。浴室也很棒，洗澡舒服。民宿就在中央站旁边，坐车，逛街都特方便。

The host was very attentive, gave precise instructions and the apartment accommodated three people perfectly. The apartment is not new, but very well-kept and location is excellent! We liked pretty much everything!

It was nice that they provided a netflix account in the room!
