Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kadawatha

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was everything we needed and more. The space was spacious, clean, and perfect for living and working for a week. The WiFi was stable and reliable, which made working remotely a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we cooked every day without any issues. The location was ideal for a quiet getaway, set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, having a market just around the corner was incredibly convenient—we found everything we needed there, including the freshest produce. The gym, though small, had all the essentials we needed to stay active during our stay. Subhani was an amazing host—so responsive and kind, always available if we needed anything. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped home away from home!

Janik’s place was absolutely the best. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen had all necessities. The bathrooms had all the amenities plus towels in all sizes. There was a lot of storage space in all the rooms & kitchen. The washing machine was very useful for a long stay. Even washing powder was provided (but we prefer liquid detergent so we got our own). In addition to the three main rooms there was a small extra room and an additional bathroom of a good size, which we didn’t know was there when we went. (We didn’t have to use this but shared the info in case someone is interested). All the rooms & the living room were very cheerful with windows facing outside & a lot of sunshine coming in, which I loved! The scenery was beautiful as it overlooked the Colombo golf course! It was very peaceful with the sounds of birds chirping & no traffic noise. The very best part was that the place was squeaky clean with comfy beds! Total value for money! Thank u Janik!

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! My stay at Guari and Suhana’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Guari and Suhana were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend their place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. I would love to stay here again! It's a lovely, very private and clean place. Lots of art around and an art atmosphere. Many artists also come to absorb knowledge and help. An excellent place for a long stay, especially for those involved in art.

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

Chinthake was super responsive and always really helpful. He was extremely accommodating and I had lots of little requests. The place felt like home and we really enjoyed our stay. The housekeeper - Thilakaratne was super friendly and helpful too. Gotta give it to him and Chinthake for being so accommodating. We’ll definitely stay next year as well 😊

We booked Andy’s property for a colleague visiting from overseas, and she had a wonderful stay. The home was safe, comfortable, and she absolutely loved it. Andy was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Eranga's. The place is beautiful and is serene. His staff Mr Chandana is super friendly and helpful. We reached at 2300h from airport and he was there to help us move our luggage and settle down for the night. He also provided a delicious breakfast. We would love to come back and stay here. Very close to Airport and easily reachable. Strongly recommended for all

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Very happy about our stay here, the place is exactly how it’s described. We had the ability to enjoy peacefully and lovely Jayantha was always available if needed. Close distance to our relatives and generally a great spot to stay in - convenient and private at the same time. Would definitely book again if I came back!

A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

We spent 10 days at this nice apartment and we liked it very much. The location had easy access to transport and very secure and private. Irantha provided great hospitality and was very helpful with all our requirements during the stay. Cinnamon apartment is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. We had a beautiful experience at this Airbnb. What an amazing apartment beautifully decorated , so modern and amazing furniture including the beds and bathrooms were wonderful. Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.

Ahmed and Shaira were very helpful and accomodating. The place was lovely, the view from the rooftop pool is awesome, and the place is in a fantastic location. Security was also top notch.
