The place was exactly as described and filled with complete with extra complementary beverages and snacks in and out the pantry. Peaceful place that is rich with greenery and the Chalakudy river by the walking distance from the house was a rich experience for us as a family. Ajith Sir was there throughout attending to our needs and request with kind manner. Overall, the place was calm, peaceful with greeneries and the people in it. Will return again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this place—it looks exactly like the photos, if not better! The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The space was cozy, and we had a great night’s sleep. Caretaker Victor was very helpful, especially with setting up the barbecue fire, which helped us a lot. The only small downside was the absence of soap and shampoo in the bathroom, but everything else was spot on. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

I must say it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved everything about this flat Clean rooms, interior designs and a nice atmosphere.

We had rented Mr Nandan's apartment for our family time. All of our interactions with our host Mr Nandan were very smooth and pleasant. He showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us patiently before handing us the key. The Location of the apartment being in the city itself was an advantage. The apartment was extremely neat and looked much better in real than in the snaps posted in the Airbnb website .It was very well equipped with all the necessary gadgets , Wifi, Split AC's and Ceiling fans in all rooms, Tv, Fridge, Washing machine, Electric Kettle, Flask ,Gas stove, Geyser,all required utensils.Spacious rooms,A big dinning table. Comfortable sofa set.Bedrooms with nice and clean bedsheets, Towels etc were provided.We did not have to go out to buy anything. Everything was very thoughtfully provided. The huge balcony with back water sunset view was incredible Our family had a memorable stay at your apartment .We highly recommend it to anyone . Thank you 😊

Had a wonderful stay at Periyar View Apartment! The place was clean, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river. The location is perfect, close to Aluva town, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time. The host was very helpful and made sure everything was smooth. Wonderful stay at Elizabeth‘s apartment. Initially in pictures, the main bedroom looked like it did not have curtains and I had requested darker curtains to be placed so that light does not come in the morning. Elizabeth was very accommodative and had dark curtains installed on the first day itself. Caretaker Harita was also very responsive andmade sure we had everything available. Unfortunately, we did have an incident when we broke one of the kitchen items. Elizabeth was very accommodative and understanding of our mistake. Overall highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, beautiful and well maintained.

I enjoyed this stay. The apartment was clean and had two bedrooms. It was waking distance to food shopping and restaurants. It was also 10 min walk from Nearest bus. Surajith was extremely helpful and check on me on occasion. This was a good stay

This was a wonderful experience for our group of six - from the kind welcome and the mint lemonade served just as we arrived, to the daily bowl of fruit and general hospitality. The cleanliness of the space is unsurpassed. The space is stylish and the hosts were available whenever we needed to speak to them without ever being obtrusive. We ate breakfast next door and that was a great experience too - very simply, homestyle meals that were very affordable and tasty.

It was my first time in India, and Rincy and her brother made me feel truly welcome. The "cottage" is a bit away from the main beach in Cherai, and I loved just crossing the small street to find myself on a sandy beach—all alone, except for the occasional dog or some fishermen. :) Just a short walk and I was able to watch the beautiful sunrise above the backwaters - a must see in Cherai! Every day started with a wonderful Kerala breakfast—always a delicious surprise. I even asked for a particular recipe to take home with me. The cottage and the property were very clean, and whenever I needed something, it was promptly and kindly taken care of. I liked walking around, although it is easy to use the Uber-App to order an Auto-Rickshaw or even rent a bike in Cherai town (around 100 rupees/day). All people I met there were very friendly, curious and easy to talk to. I will definetly come back to that lovely place!

Athul and Amal were extremely responsive to all our calls and requests. Was willing to accommodate all our requests with a smile. We had a pleasant and memorable stay with our friends at this antique heritage home stay.

A true hidden gem.. This place exceeded all expectation in terms of comfort and style. The house is surrounded by backwaters, everyday waking up to such a stunning view was the highlight of our trip. We had an in house chef sheeba Chechi, must try are her fish curry, karimeen pollichadhu. We asked a no onion meal and she was so kind to prepare the food as per our needs. The host Mr Cherian was so humble, friendly and very responsive to our asks. The whole experience to traveling around in a boat/Jhankar was one of a kind. I would highly recommend this place anytime. We are already planning for another visit soon.

A home away from home, a sweet and cozy spot located at the banks of the backwaters. Must say the place squeky clean and very well maintained and the stand out part is it's unique design. Really loved the place and a special thanks to Deepu and his family for been such gracious hosts. Looking forward for another visit with my complete family.
