Nice, clean and well equipped apartment with an amazing view. We really loved that balcony with the sea view. Good location, everything is walkable distance (supermarket on the corner, restaurants and beach are close as well). Entering in the apartment was very easy. Irena was cute and she helped us a lot. The bathroom is very tiny, and the only huge problem is finding a parking place. We were hunting every day to find a spot, but actually it’s a really big problem throughout the city. Highly recommend this apartment.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

Appartement très sympa et récent avec une vue à couper le souffle ! La terrasse est magnifique, et le reste de l’appartement est très bien aussi dont le lit très confortable. Plage et quelques restaurants très proches. Par contre le centre d’Opatija est à 2/3kms à pied. Aucune plage réellement grande et pas de sable mais c’est la Croatie. Montagne à cote pour ceux qui veulent marcher. Pula, Trieste à 1h ainsi que la + grande grotte d’Europe. Hana qui nous a accueilli est très sympa. Il y a un SpA aux prix très accessible juste à l’entrée du bâtiment et une piscine commune pratique pour les jours où on veut faire trempette sans aller à la mer. Bon séjour à tous !

Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Großer Tiefgaragenplatz, wo auch noch unsere Fahrräder stehen konnten. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Schirmen und einer tollen Aussicht. Fantastische Ruhe in der Wohngegend. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Es war genauso ruhig, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus, wie wir es uns aufgrund der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatten. Besonders schön war es, einfach aus der Wohnung zu treten und zum Strand hinunterzugehen, um in dem klaren Wasser zu schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vesna ist eine äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereit Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super schön, modern eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht – von Küchenutensilien bis hin zu gemütlichen Extras. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders toll war der traumhafte Garten, der nicht nur perfekt zum Entspannen war, sondern auch unserem Hund unglaublich gut gefallen hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

We hebben met z'n zessen erg genoten van het verblijf in Matulji. Ondanks dat de tuin aan het spoor zit, hebben we hier geen last van gehad. de trein komt namelijk maar een paar keer per dag. de tuin is prachtig onderhouden en het zwembad was super fijn. De ruimtes binnen waren wat aan de warme/benauwde kant, door de rolluiken. De voorzieningen waren top, de keuken goed uitgerust en voldoende barbecue-tools. Goed om te weten dat de hosts boven het verblijf wonen en veel aandacht aan de tuin moeten geven om deze zo goed te onderhouden. Hierdoor misten wij soms wel wat privacy, omdat er regelmatig iemand in de tuin aan het rommelen is terwijl jij bij het zwembad ligt. Mocht je heel erg op je privacy gesteld zijn, dan raad ik aan dit verblijf te heroverwegen. Sommigen van ons vonden het praatje met de host een paar keer per dag juist heel erg gezellig. Josip was erg vriendelijk en super behulpzaam.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and tidy – we immediately felt at home. The host was also very helpful – she always responded quickly to any questions and was ready to assist. Highly recommended!

Great location, very new and modern apartment. We stayed here with our 2-year old and had a wonderful time. Every room has an AC, the beds are comfy and the shower is nice. Parking right in front of the apartment. Breakfast on the large balcony with sea view room was fantastic. The price was fair. We enjoyed it and recommend this place!

It was wonderful, the appartement is so beautiful! Only thing was that the door knob started falling of from day 2 asides from that its probably the best Airbnb experience so far.

Es war alles super, Vesna war super lieb und immer zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und die Unterkunft ist spitze.

TOP. Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht und es war so gut wie perfekt. Die Küche hatte mehr als man brauchte und das Badezimmer war auch sehr modern. Das Außengelände war sehr gepflegt und alles neu. Man hat gemerkt, dass sich Gedanken gemacht worden sind, da an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht ist. Es gibt außerdem einen Gasgrill und draußen war es sehr gemütlich. Die Gasgeberin wohnt über der Wohnung, aber sie hat sich sehr rücksichtsvoll verhalten, sodass man sie nicht wahrgenommen hat, aber falls Fragen aufkamen, war sie immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr schön (ein bisschen Meerblick), aber es ist ein Stück zur Stadt bzw zum Strand. Zu Fuß ist leider nichts zu erreichen. Das einzige Manko, das WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert :( Trotzdem allem im allem ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

The stay in appartment was lovely. It has everything you need. The host is very responsive and communication went smoothly. The window overlooks the restaurant terrace (which was transparently shown on the picture) - we didn't mind the buzz from the terrace since we were outside most of the time and if you close the window it minimizes the sound. There is probably wooden floor upstairs which makes some noice when the upstairs neighbours walk around but it didn't bother us too much. The host also let us stay there during the day since our departure was in the evening (since there was not another reservation on the day of our departure which is a grand gesture from the host 😊) Overall I would reccomend the stay 😊

Appartamento meraviglioso, arredato con gusto e che ha il suo punto forte nello splendido terrazzo con vista eccezionale. Molto comodo l'accesso diretto dal garage, sia per scaricare e caricare i bagagli, sia per evitare di bagnarsi in caso di pioggia (come è successo a noi); il posto auto esterno è di misure adeguate per qualsiasi auto. In cucina avremmo apprezzato qualche spezia/condimento, magari in monoporzioni, per ovviare alle problematiche igieniche; sarebbe stato utile anche un rotolo di carta da cucina. Nel complesso, comunque, il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente e il panorama eccezionale faceva dimenticare tutti le piccolissime mancanze.

Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub mit viel Spaziergängen entlang der Küste, tolle Bars und Restaurants, Strände für den Hund. Die vielen Stufen nimmt man gerne in Kauf, der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer macht einiges wett. danke an Marijana für ihre freundliche Art und für ihre Flexibilität

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit bei Dalija und Robert. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und insbesondere wenn man im schönen Pool badet kann man die fantastische Aussicht auf Lovran und das Meer genießen. Die beiden sind großartige Gastgeber, die einfach sehr nett und hilfsbereit sind. Sehr zu empfehlen.

hote très gentil et accueillant, bonne literie dans les chambres mais petit bémol sur la 3 eme chambre , très petite environ 6 m2. maison agréable avec grande cuisine extérieure et belle vue.

Es war sehr sehr sauber und man hat alles gehabt was man braucht und sogar mehr. Der Ort ist auch ralitiv leicht zu Fuß erreichbar über eine lange Stiege. Einziges Manko war die Hauseinfahrt , ich sage mal so : man sollte sein Auto nicht Tiefergelegt haben. Aber in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt bei Valentina und Hrvoje war sensationell. Erst einmal ist die herausragende Ausstattung hervorzuheben. In diesem AirBnB gibt es alles an Grundlagen, die man jemals brauchen könnte. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Zudem muss man die Gastgeber persönlich sehr loben. Auf unsere Anfragen wurde sehr schnell und angemessen reagiert. Da der Whirlpool leider von den Vormietern kaputt gemacht wurde wandten wir uns an sie und bekamen sofort eine angemessene Rückerstattung. Super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, jedoch empfehlen wir die Anreise mit Auto. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem nicht zu touristischen Ort Kroatiens.

Super Wohnung. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Sehr sauber, ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Gerne wieder 👍
