The Maison d 'Arpy is a beautiful high mountain retreat, set in a natural setting of extraordinary beauty. The context is of a unique typicality and, nevertheless, the accommodation offers a series of services that significantly increase its comfort (fast internet, high definition TV, comfortable and efficient shower, heat conduction stove, washing machine) and is impeccably clean. Communication with the host was great, thanks to his responsiveness and friendliness. Beautiful experience

The stay in the straw house was perfect! The place is very welcoming and in a perfect location for sports in the nearby mountains. For ski mountaineering there is plenty of choice. Nothing is missing in the house, there is everything you need to cook. Monica was really very helpful in giving us all the information we needed both before and during the stay.

Thank you for this weekend. We had a lovely time with our friends and were able to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Hobbit house that Eric created for Valentine's Day. Before our arrival, precise directions were sent to us, and even coming from Switzerland, we found the place very easily! The welcome was warm, the house incredible, and the walk in this unusual village entirely imagined and built by Eric completely transported us. Every corner was a real work of art to contemplate. Every detail has been carefully thought out to transport us directly into his universe. If you want to have an extraordinary experience, go for it! We had a great week in Giuseppe's house. We hiked in the surrounding mountains; enjoyed the hospitality of the local residents in Pialpetta - especially from the owners of the small but well stocked alimentari and the butcher; relaxed next to the camp fire; enjoyed the sauna (got it in the high 50s by building up coals for a long time); cooled off in the river; and all round just relaxed in this quiet but beautiful part of the Italian Alps. Only downside is that there are limited restaurants in the immediate area. We did a lot of our cooking ourselves, so that was no problem. Definitely recommended if you want a peaceful place away from everything!

We spent a month at Sebastien's place and it is a beautiful house in a very peaceful area, spotlessly clean and with everything that you need, including very responsive hosts in Sebastien and Nathalie. We had some great days out as it is between Lyon and Grenoble, the village itself is very nice and has a supermarket, some cafes, a bakery and other amenities. It is very spacious, more than enough space for a family and the kids loved the garden and the space inside to play. Very recommended!

Lovely home in a beautiful pedestrian street, walking distance from all Valtournenche shops and restaurants, as well as many hiking trails. Overall the chalet was very comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for. Host was a great communicator - very proactive and responsive to any needs she anticipated we might have, as well as questions that arose. Only very slight downsides are that the kitchen is quite small and not very well equipped. We made it work for our purposes, but it can be tougher to cook more extensively. The beds are also not the comfiest but again, totally fine for our purposes!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We were two families skiing for a week. The room layout worked really well for us with two doubles, and two twin rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was very homely. The short drive to Valtourneche ski lift and locker worked really well and it was nice to drive up to the Cervinia lift some days. We enjoyed Alpage restaurant and Ristorante Gourmand, a short drive away. Thank you.

Really atypical accommodation, in a natural setting. The different accommodations are well spaced. The place is beautiful, with things to see everywhere. There are a lot of spaces outside and it's extremely peaceful. Common areas are easy to access, you are free to communicate with other guests or not. The Hut is nice and original, the entrance is low but after that it's okay. On the other hand, it is necessary to think that it is dark and humid inside (since it is made of clay and in front of the small stream). Indi is really adorable, always present if needed. Very welcoming. Her French is very good. She organized a jewelry workshop (with glass from the old glassworks), I loved being able to create my own jewelry. Very nice moment of sharing. Hans doesn't speak French much but is nice. The people of the region are very friendly. Beautiful energies in this place. You will be really close to nature and also have a human experience.

It was my daughter who took advantage of the accommodation and she was delighted! She was in good shape for her exam the next day! Pascal was very pleasant in the exchanges we had. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We had a lovely stay to spend the new year in this little slice of paradise! The small house is very nice, well equipped and decorated with care and taste. The garden is beautiful and the place is very peaceful. We really appreciated the hospitality of the owners who were particularly responsive and helpful. A pleasure!
