Great location in downtown Tyrone. Very clean and nicely decorated. Nothing fancy but suited our purposes perfectly. Expect the 22 steps to the apartment, we had heavy bags.

My family and I was looking for a cozy place to stay for a mountain bike adventure weekend. This was the ideal set up, it was perfect size for family of 4, convenient ly located, literally 7 mins drive to the trailhead one way or 6mins drive to the Visitor Center & Skills Park. Place was clean, comfortable with a hot water shower. Michael (host) was extremely accommodating, left the lights on for us knowing we were arriving late. Was also flexible with checkout as we had a Sunday morning event to attend. This was truly a “glamping” experience for us. Will definitely return next year.

We just returned from our trip where our Penn State son met us for a weekend getaway (an hour from State College). The house was just beautiful with charming decor that was clearly lovingly chosen. The supermarket was conveniently close by and the very well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook an Easter feast. The house was impressively clean, the beds were comfortable, there were lots of gathering areas, and we enjoyed hiking down to the lake. Jill was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

This is a new rental property and they truly did their research… There’s really not anything missing! Dave greeted us and explained a little about the history of the house how things worked… He also recommended his son’s automobile service station for some problems I had with my car on the way down. I can recommend Hildebrant service station in Allensville as a fantastic place to get work done! I would definitely stay here again, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a small place to escape in that area.

Very nice cabin in peaceful quiet woods. It is just like the pictures. we appreciated the very nice reclining comfortable furniture. It was also very clean. Would definitely recommend!
