Own beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. The food is cooked over an open fire or on an induction plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave that cradles you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is in a can. You make dishes in the sea. Warm welcome

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Very quiet and peaceful all year around. 3min walk down a path there’s a small beach and the ocean. 10min walk further you have a beautiful lake and bathing place. Some weeks during busy summertime the creperie there is open. By car you reach Stockholm city within 25 min Bus 40 min. In other words: its a lovely place to stay in!
