Our home is settled back in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Though the neighborhood is quiet we are only one mile away from the Bill Snyder Family Stadium and Via Christi Hospital. Our aim is to give you a getaway from your travels, whether you are visiting for a sporting event, school, or work we are happy to have you. The style of the room is very fresh and clean with minimalistic decor. We also offer a quaint breakfast nook.
“Loved this stay! Perfect for the value. I never met her because we were in and right back out for travel. She has a lovely little snack bar with a Keurig etc. The room was very clean and decorated with bright and minimal touches. It felt very spacious. The desk in the room was a nice touch as well. Bathroom was super clean and there were extra supplies for the forgetful traveler.”
Anderson Village Apartments is directly across from the South side of K-State campus. McCain Auditorium, Art Museum, and Student Union are all in walking distance. Also in walking distance is Aggieville, City Park, and the Manhattan Public Library. Within a short driving distance is Sunset Zoo, Downtown, and great eating! Underneath the apartment you have Sparrow Specialty Coffee, a laundry mat ($2.00 per wash load), a K-State credit Union and ATM, and other stores.
“Kaitlyns place was perfect for my husbands work trip! I loved that she has towels, paper towels & toilet paper unlike other property’s we have stayed at! Definitely makes packing a lot easier! We would definitely stay again!”
A spacious bungalow, one of many that I have purchased, lived in, and then hosted on Airbnb. Each one has my personal touch, along with my interest in providing a nice living space for my guests. This place is in Wakefield, a fishing and hunting getaway that also serves as a community for students, military, and families who like a quiet, independent, and friendly town.
“Kenneth is an amazing host. He is very responsive when you need him and accommodating. He ensures you are set with everything you need. The town of Wakefield, in which the house is in, is wonderful and such an awesome community. I highly recommend to anyone that is coming to the area for an extended stay.”
