The house is comfortable for 6 people, but accommodates up to 10. There are 2 comfortable rooms, in a house separate from the leisure area, which gives some privacy. The space is not big as a place, but it is cozy! It was great to have friends gathered by the pool during a barbecue! Standout for Paulo and his wife, who greeted me with great affection, showed everything with all the details and were super receptive and attentive!

Once again we stayed at Casa da Matinha and felt at home. The House is otima and the amazing view. Very close to markets and access to the city. O Casa needs some maintenance, but nothing that hinders the stay. Gustavo is a great host and Dudu welcomed us very well. Very friendly and attentive. We'll be back soon!

The apartment is perfect to accommodate a family of four. Super equipped, pet friendly, privileged location (next to a hypermarket) and extremely friendly and helpful host.

Nice apartment on the 18th floor. Description and photos match. My only complaint is the doors on the closets in the small bedroom need to be fixed so they operate properly.

Quiet stay as expected! Nice and peaceful place. Maria very friendly, attentive and concerned, of quick service from the first contact and flexible with check-in and check-out. About the house, ok! In the kitchen we miss pots with lids. About the 3rd room (suite), the shower is bad, too low, the bathtub unfortunately has no way to use, there is no hot enough water to fill it (it fills with the shower water and even fill it is cold) and it's very small anyway, so in my view it would be better a good shower instead of the bathtub. The gourmet area is great, spacious and pleasant. It was great days!

I stayed at Erika's house while recovering from surgery, and it couldn't have been more comfortable. The apartment had everything I needed, super nice balcony, ventilated house and still well decorated. The host was also extremely helpful and kind. I have nothing to complain about :)
