My family's stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, very clean, organized and cozy. The location is wonderful, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was always very attentive, responded quickly to messages and gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the stay. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

My stay was simply wonderful! The apartment was impeccably clean and very fragrant, which made the arrival even more pleasant. The location is also excellent, with markets, bakeries and great restaurants nearby, making everyday life much easier. The host was a real highlight: super friendly, attentive and always available to help. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will certainly stay in this apartment again!

we stayed at the accommodation for only 1 night, as we were only sightseeing in the city. The location is great, very clean and with a parking space. There were several things in the apartment to buy if needed, we found it very practical.

My night was great, what a nice place; I loved everything! But I fell in love with the bed and the bedding, it felt like I was in heaven 🥰 I loved the essence that was conveyed through the curtain as well. Super quiet and safe place. I'm from Jf, but I haven't lived there for a year and I didn't know there were these houses in Moinho, and it was perfect. Next time I return to the city, I will definitely stay there again. Facing two great supermarkets, downstairs there is an Araújo pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream shop, bar and gym. Very well located in the North Zone of Juiz de Fora. We would also like to thank the host for their kindness and attention at all times.

I loved the apartment. Very clean and cozy. One thing that can be improved is to warn guests that all outlets are 220V. This information is not in the listing description and I was only notified at check-in. I also missed the dishcloth to wipe the pots and cutlery. They were also not so clear about how the parking worked. Our departure was also confusing. The elevator did not accept facial recognition and I had to go down 7 floors of stairs. So, if the information is clearer on these points, it will make the stay even more perfect. Other than that, the apartment is excellent!

I stayed for 5 days alone and the experience was very good. The property is great and the price is fair. The location is excellent too. It is possible to hear the train passing a few times in the day, but as I was not only in the house, it did not affect much during the stay. The owner was very attentive and was available to help. I would definitely stay back if you return to Juiz de Fora!

Patrícia and Débora were attentive and helpful, responding quickly to all messages. There was a setback in my reservation that was promptly remedied and with a room upgrade... I stayed in the comfortable 601 and it was a very pleasant surprise to find a handwritten welcome letter. I also learned that the room honors the artist Adauto Venturi (a cultural bath!). Fragrant, comfortable room, modern kitchen, clean bathrooms with a wonderful shower!
