The house is comfortable for 6 people, but accommodates up to 10. There are 2 comfortable rooms, in a house separate from the leisure area, which gives some privacy. The space is not big as a place, but it is cozy! It was great to have friends gathered by the pool during a barbecue! Standout for Paulo and his wife, who greeted me with great affection, showed everything with all the details and were super receptive and attentive!

The host was very attentive before, during and after the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, with little movement and almost no noise. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and appliances, serving the needs very well. Complete bath and bed linen were offered, with many duvets and blankets, as well as very comfortable pillows. The house was very clean and fragrant, and the bathrooms already had soap and toilet paper available. The showers were great. There were many toys for the children and the pool was clean and ready for use. We just didn't use it because it was too cold. There was a grassy area for cycling and playing ball. My nephew can play in the playground in front of the house, which is in a restaurant belonging to relatives of the host. I recommend the place and hope to be able to return again.

The building is huge, but surprisingly quiet and organized. The doormen and staff are polite, helpful and charismatic - they take care of the environment with sympathy and professionalism. The garage is great and the app used at the entrance makes everything very practical and independent. I will return more often to the city that formed me academically, whether to study, visit friends or simply be in this place that, more and more, I feel like home. Our 10-day stay was very peaceful and very comfortable! We went to Juiz de Fora for a surgery so we needed a place in this central region and Nath's space served us very well! Super clean, fragrant, organized apartment, cooking utensils available. I walked to the market, bakery and pharmacy, all very close!
