Waterfront holiday rentals in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes

Kevin was a great host. Instructions were clear, home was clean and modern , everything we needed was provided. He recommended good restaurants around and was always eager to help. He was also helpful about the late check out since we had a late flight.I highly recommend him and his property. Thank you Kevin!

Located directly facing the beach with views of the Mediteranean, this is an excellent location in Juan-les-Pins. Easy walk to restaurants and public transportation. The apartment is well-equipped and Cyril is a very efficient host.

Christoper and Fabian’s home was absolutely stunning. The apartment is in the center of old town Antibes and everything is walkable. The views from the deck were beautiful and the apartment was decorated so tastefully. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we were staying longer. We will be back!

Excellent stay at Helen's. Bright, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, very well equipped accommodation with exceptional views of the old port. Located a 5-minute walk from Juan les pins train station, it allows you to discover the seaside. Very good communication with Helen. Would come back without hesitating!

Agnes was an excellent host. She was responsive and met us at the apartment in a timely fashion to let us in and show us around the building and apartment. If you are renting a car you will need a small car in order to fit in the parking garage and allotted space. It was not our first time visiting Juan Les Pins so we did know our way around the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is really as described, photos and amenities indicated above all expectations. Great location, it is attached to the beach and close to several supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is also a delightful terrace that we took advantage of a lot in the evening, because it offers a wonderful view, between lights and the beach…. The hosts are always available and very nice, I hope to return next year even for just a few days because it's really worth it! Taking a vacation with all the comforts of home, as if it were your own, was great! Also another positive note, they provided us with toilet paper and bottles of water, and other things that were very useful! Really attentive to everything! A gem of a home in every way.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Beautiful villa in a quiet location that is close to all locations. The pool and garden were great. All communication was excellent and we really appreciated Sandro being able to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight being delay. We would definitely choose this villa again in the future.

It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. We loved our stay - Svetlana was a warm and helpful host who even picked us up from the train due to an unwieldy bag. She left us with wine and snacks, which eased us right into this waterfront location. The home is hundreds of years old and has some quirks (start doing stairs NOW!), but the views can’t be beat and the beds are SO comfortable. The living room is very nicely done, as is the kitchen. The master bedroom is very cozy, with a chaise to recline on and watch the super yachts go by. Great restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, the Marché in 3 minutes away…it’s a magical location. We hope to return not just to Antibes, but to this home.

Absolutely stunning spot! The views were even more beautiful than the photos, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. The host was responsive and welcoming, and everything was clean and cozy. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This was a great stay for our family. With 3 bedrooms, it comfortably slept 6. Everything was clean and well cared for. Lise was very helpful if we had questions, and helped us get checked in. The kitchen is small but well equipped for simple cooking. The view of the harbor was also something to be enjoyed from the front windows. We could walk to a beach or to the outdoor market in relatively short time. We had a very memorable stay!

Xavier is a very proactive host. He recommended several restaurants and places to visit that we loved! He is present on site and is flexible on arrival and departure, which helps greatly. The accommodation was very nice, well located and clean. May be a little noisy at night if you sleep with the window open.

First of all, the location is very good, there is a convenience store and restaurant downstairs (each is very delicious), and the beach is just across the road, which is very convenient. Then the room is very large, the facilities and supplies are very complete, and the cost performance is very high.

This is the second time I've booked Frédéric's accommodation, which is to say that it's worth it!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

What a great apartment! You can’t get anything close to this from a hotel (they would be 2x the price!). Everything you need and a great balcony with a wonderful view! The location is in town, so everything is close, including the nightlife. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it all, this is the place for you!

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)
