Beachfront holiday rentals in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

We had an amazing stay! This place has everything you need and more. Walkable to so many restaurants and very large grocery store right out the front door of the building. Beach access and roof top pool. Washing machine and dryer were perfect! Corinne was so responsive and so kind. Thank you! We hope to stay here again soon!

Pascal is the best and kindest host, he went out of his way to accommodate us and was a big help with luggage storage as we had a late flight home. The airbnb is in the prime location right in the heart of the old town on a very pretty street with colourful lanterns and lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. I thought this would mean it might be noisy at night but it wasn’t a problem at all. The apartment is all very new, super clean and the most comfortable bed too even though it is a sofa bed! Cosy but with everything you could possibly need. 5*!

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

Absolutely perfect location! Would recommend to anyone planning to explore Old Town Nice. Host very responsive and friendly.

Staying at Hélène’s apartment was a dream. Nestled on the third floor in the heart of the old town, the space immediately felt like a home away from home—warm, cozy, and full of character. Hélène is a wonderful host—so welcoming, generous with local tips, and always quick to respond. She greeted me with a big smile and shared a curated list of local spots to eat, explore, and enjoy. That personal touch made all the difference. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from fresh croissants, restaurants, markets, the beach, and historic streets. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. I honestly didn’t want to leave—and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel Antibes, not just visit it.

Perfect stay for everyone exploring Côté d Azur. Private Garage, Safe Areal. Supermarket 3-4 minutes by foot. Nice Restaurants in every direction. 3-4 minutes to the Beach. Wonderful View over the bay of Juan de Pins / Antibes from the bed, balcony and the Living Room. Philippe is very Kind. He answers fast and always there to help. We stayed in Irina's place for a week, it is as discribed, very clean and nice place. The views from the apartment is just amazing. The place has everything one needs during their stay. We felt it was perfectly located to explore French Riviera with easy access to train services. Irina is a great host, always available to get back to any enquiries promptly. Thanks for hosting us.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vorab lief super und der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich! Die Villa liegt einmalig schön am Cap d‘Antibes. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, geräumig und es war an alles, was wir für eine komfortable Zeit gebraucht haben, gedacht worden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eigene Matratzen für die Ligen am Swimmingpool. Swimmingpool: ausreichend groß, sauber und tief - also super zum Schwimmen. Das Haus und der Garten sind ein super gepflegtes grünes Paradies. Also insgesamt top! Vielen Dank und Gerne wieder!

Odile’s place was incredible. It was clean and exactly as described. Odile as a host was amazing too. She greeted us at the check-in and she took the time to go through the house and show us around and she also made great recommendations for our stay. We had the best time on the Côte d’Azur!

We had a fabulous stay in Antibe, the location is wonderful to explore the nearby beaches! Danni was very responsive during the check in process and our stay . The apartment is beautiful and was the perfect home base for our explorations through the Côte d’Azur.

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Pascal ! Le logement était parfaitement propre, confortable et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour se détendre, au calme, tout en restant proche des commodités. Pascal a été un hôte accueillant, réactif et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L’accueil est parfait. Les instructions (vidéos! ) très claires. Il ne m’a manqué que des bols pour mon muesli :) mais tout le reste était parfait.

Un séjour de 5 jours dans un très bel appartement avec sur la mer juste en face que demandez de plus ? Le seul bémol la pression d’eau de la douche mais apars ça franchement rien à redire c’était parfait .

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

First off Maria is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. The place was cozy, clean and it was so nice to be so close to the beach and other fun spots. We easily took the train into Cannes too which was fun. Thank you so much :)

Très bel emplacement Les yeux dans l’eau…il n’y a qu’à traverser pour se baigner … Studio clair, propre et bien équipé. Bon accueil de la part de Véronique. 7e étage avec une vue panoramique . Je reviendrai 🌹♥️

Magnifique appartement de charme avec vue sublime sur un des plus beaux ports de la rivièra. Une décoration soignée et un ensemble chily des plus appréciable. On y bénéficie en outre d un bain de clarté exceptionnel avec des grandes fenêtres en arcade. L appartement est bien équipé. Merci Helen pour ce séjour enchanteur.

L’appartamento è veramente come da descrizione, foto e servizi indicati sopra ogni aspettativa. Posizione ottima, si è attaccati alla spiaggia e vicino a diversi supermarket, bar e ristoranti. Inoltre c’è un terrazzino delizioso che abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo alla sera, perché offre un panorama stupendo, tra luci e spiaggia…. Gli host sempre disponibili e carinissimi, spero di tornarci il prossimo anno anche solo per qualche giorno perché ne vale davvero la pena! Fare una vacanza con tutti i confort di una casa , come fosse la tua, è stato bellissimo! Inoltre altra nota positiva, ci hanno fatto trovare carta igienica e bottigliette di acqua, ed altre cose che sono state molto utili! Davvero attenti a tutto! Un gioiello di casa in tutto e per tutto.

Accommodation is fantastic. Beautiful building, central location, stunning balcony, cannot fault it. The house has everything you need and the beds are super comfy. Highly recommend
